This was an easy 10 min drive to Dreams Park. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The house was a perfect fit for us all. The hosts were super kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you!!

This home was more than ideal to host multiple families for our Cooperstown baseball experience. The hosts were excellent communicators, making the booking, check-in, and check-out process seamless. Each bedroom (exception of one) having en-suite bathrooms was outstanding. The hosts made you feel welcome upon stepping foot into their home. The home was clean, had a started supply of dishwasher tabs, soap, laundry pods, extra pool towels…all making it incredibly welcoming. We have sent this listing to friends and family who will be experiencing Cooperstown in the future!

This place was perfect for our group of five families! Each couple had their own bathroom, and there was an additional bathroom downstairs for the kids, which made everything so convenient. The large washer and dryer were a huge plus, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the outdoor space was great for relaxing and spending time together. From start to finish, we could not have had a better experience. We would absolutely rent this property again if we return to Cooperstown!

Everything was brand new and clean. Comfortably slept 4 families. Kids had a great time in the pool and having their own bunk room. Great location for Cooperstown Dream Park.

Well designed and furnished house, clean spacious & very comfortable.Only suggestions are lights on the driveway for night arrivals & more pots/pans etc in the kitchen are needed

Impressive!

From booking, to check-in, to check-out, it was all seemless! The home is beautiful, clean and well thought out. The heated pool, fire pit, basketball court and playing field were perfect for our son and his baseball friends. The interior has upgraded touches that were unexpected for a rental property. Highly recommend this home!

Our stay at The Monarch was amazing! The house is new and very clean. Set up is perfect for any large groups with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Location is great with it being less than 10 minutes to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Pool is a nice feature for any kids staying with you and the general amenities cover everything you would need. We were here for Dreams Parks and stayed with 4 other families and I would highly recommend The Monarch for that purpose. Owners communicated well and everything went exactly as planned! You will enjoy your stay if you select this property.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things. Communication with the owners could not be better!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group! We had 5 families in town for our kids’ tournament at Cooperstown Dream Park, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location was incredibly convenient, and the accommodations were amazing!Every bedroom had its own full bathroom, which was such a huge plus for privacy and made sharing the house with multiple families so easy. The pool was perfect for the younger siblings to enjoy while the older kids were busy with baseball, and the fire pit was the perfect way to end our busy days with s’mores, laughs, and time together.The hosts were wonderful and incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and were always available to answer any questions. The house itself was clean, comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed.We had an absolute ball staying here and made so many incredible memories that our families will cherish for a lifetime. We would highly recommend this home to any group visiting Cooperstown Dream Park! Thank you for helping make an unforgettable baseball week even more special!

Wonderful property! We were in Cooperstown for Dreams Park Tournament and this property and location were perfect, only ten minutes to the fields. Four couples with 4 little kids fit perfectly and we were very comfortable with all amenities covered. The home was super clean and kitchen well stocked. The grounds were spacious for the kids to play outside and the warm, heated pool was a pleasant bonus. Hosts were super nice and we had no issues at all. We would highly recommend this property for any families coming to Cooperstown! The ball players loved coming by to get some added rest, home cooked meals and freshen up away from the noise and chaos of the Dreams bunkhouses/showers etc. We have recommended this location to multiple families we know coming next year. This is one of the best VRBOs that we've stayed in. The property was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We love the open concept of the kitchen, dining and living areas. The pool and basketball court were great for the kids.The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Our families had the best time and we couldnt have asked for anything better. Mahalo for having us!

This is a great place to stay with a few families if you are headed to Dreams Park! It is a short drive to the fields and downtown Cooperstown, has master suites for all families, is clean and spacious, and has very responsive hosts. Our week there was perfect!
