1300平方フィートの新しく改装されたこのアパートは、南向きの高層階の近代美術館（ポンピドー中心）の隣にある近代的な建物内にあります。 すべての窓は二重グレージュで防音効果があります（しかし、この歩行者エリアにはあまりノイズがありません！）。

キングサイズベッド2台+大きなソファーベッド1台で、6名用の宿泊施設を提供しています。

全体の場所は建築家によって完全に取り戻されました。

それはリフトとグリル、長い椅子、テーブル、花などなど1000平方フィートのペントハウスを持っています....

夏の間は最新のエアコンシステムがインストールされており、冬のためのセントラルヒーティングがあります。

WiFiインターネットは30 MBの速度で提供されています。新しいUHDテレビには200以上のテレビチャンネルがあり、Netflixを含むAmazon Primeの映画やシリーズにアクセスできます。 リビングルームにはサウンドシステムがあります。

キッチンには、ドリップコーヒーマシンに加えて、電子レンジ、グリル、オーブン、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、食器洗い機、洗濯機/乾燥機、アイロンとエスプレッソコーヒーマシンがあります。

This was the perfect apartment for my family. Marcello was an amazing host who answered every question we had and provided such an easy experience. The location was perfect. We were able to easily hop on the metro or walk to so many places. The rooftop terrace was the perfect place to enjoy the wonderful spring weather.

The property was in a great location and very clean however the primary bedroom did not offer any privacy and the en-suite had no lock. It was difficult to fall asleep with guests in the loft. The bed was super comfortable but the towels and limited lighting in the bathrooms and rooms were disappointing. Marcello was very nice and communication was great.

Sometimes it’s speechless what people dare to write especially when you compare to their behavior at the house . The review is not surprising as this guest was already complaining prior to her arrival but also very dishonest as all pictures showed Japanese curtains in the master bedroom and the second bedroom is totally separated and closed. Additionally , We had to carefully collect multiple bags of garbage as she didin’t follow the rules about recycling and we had to wear protective gloves or appropriate equipment, trying to avoid injuries. This caused significant discomfort, stress, and disruption to the cleaning as we had a guest arrival in the afternoon. I don’t mention the blood stain on the cover bedsheet and the lack of communication. I dropped off new towels which she hasn’t used and don’t even say a thank you. As unbelievable as it seems she has allowed herself to break my lock and get into my private belongings just for a roll of kitchen tissue …… Not at all a trustworthy person !

Marcelo was a great host and apartment was a very nice space for 2 couples, and the outside deck on the top floor was wonderful. Great restaurants close by as well as walking distance to many famous Paris historic sites.

Our host was amazing! He made everything easy, was hands on for arranging transportation and suggestions for a great stay and experience. The deck was a bonus for outside enjoyment after a long day enjoying Paris. It was perfect for us four adults. We appreciated our time here !!

This apartment was perfectly clean and easily accommodated our group of 5. It is located within easy walking distance of Paris attractions such as the Louvre museum, and the shopping and restaurant options are endless. Marcello was a great host - he met us near the apartment and was super helpful getting us into the apartment. We recommend this apartment without reservation.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for myself and friends. The location is right in the heart of the heart of the Marais. Marcello, the host, was a dream to work with. He was very accommodating to our needs and requests. The unit was immaculate. After a day of touring, it was so nice to come back to the unit and enjoy the terrace with wine and snacks. If I come back to Paris, I will definitely reserve this unit again. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone wanting to spend time in Paris.

Sister Trip

The apartment was perfect for our three sisters trip. The beds were super comfortable, our host was most accommodating and helpful. We took advantage of the roof top garden every night. And the location was amazing with markets and restaurants nearby and all serving delicious food. The experience was wonderful and we highly recommend this lovely property.

The apartment is in a great location. Shops and restaurants are steps away. It is within a 2 or 10-minute walk of several lines of the Metro providing easy access to sights and monuments. Beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable. Large bedroom has limited privacy but was not an issue for our group. Ample kitchen supplies with Nespresso machine, which was all we needed to get our day started. The owner, Marcello, was excellent to work with and very helpful and responsive. Enhanced our 5-night stay in Paris.

Just stayed at Marcello’s place for 5 nights and it was wonderful. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I was impressed by Marcello’s attention to details - there were guide books to read, recommendations, a binder with directions, umbrellas, laundry soap, and even adapters for our phones! My husband and I stayed with our two adult children, and it was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms so that we all had our own space. Thanks to Marcello’s for being a great host!

Marcello was a great host. He was friendly, informative, and detail-oriented. We had a walk-thru on the rental and were given information about the neighborhood. The location was great for walking around even late at night; lots of restaurants, pharmacy, and supermarkets. It's also walking distance to various attractions with metro station at the corner. It was very quiet in the rental even when it's noisy outside. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you Marcello!

Marcello is great- easy to communicate with. We really liked the unit. It is modern and the outdoor area is a bonus. The bedroom my husband and I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. There are screens to make the bedroom seem private, but there is no door. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if 2 couples need lots of privacy, one will be a little disappointed. Even still, I recommend the home and would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment for our Thanksgiving in Paris. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and it had everything we needed while we were there. Marcello was a fantastic host, and he went out of the way to help us book a car to and from the airport to his apartment in the city center. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat and how to get around. There was a great binder with recommendations on restaurants and grocery stores that we utilized several times over our week as well. He made up the couch after our arrival in the upstairs loft for our daughter, and we were able to have separate sleeping arrangements for our family of four, which was fantastic. The beds were all comfortable, too!The apartment is in a fantastic location to access the city, and we were able to walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, and many other great locations, and it had easy access to the metro as well. The area felt safe, and we were comfortable walking around early in the morning and in the evening as well, and there were great boulangeries close by for breakfast and many great cafes and restaurants as well. We would definitely stay here the next time we come to Paris!
