With 3 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. Backyard is fully fenced in with playground for kids. Outdoor seating are equipped with Fire pit with custom Adirondack chairs for your use. Pool table room with games for the whole crew to play. Dining table with high chair to fit the whole family. We really enjoyed our stay here! The pictures didn’t do it justice - we were surrounded by nature and the accommodations were excellent. A bit tricky to have the spiral staircases for the small children and old dog, but we managed. Overall really lovely.

No toliet paper anywhere!No pepper …just salt Plastic wrap was almost empty and tin foil was okay When you move into a house, you expect certain items to be there!Hole in fence! Front door handle falling off!Lovely dining area but it overlooks a bunch of junk that should be removed or covered with a tarp so don’t see it while you are eating!The sliding glass doors need to be washed and bottom are filthy with bark and dirt and need to be vacuum

Great stay. Beds where comfortable and plenty of space. Nice peaceful neighborhood. Only negative was when we took our trash out they where completely full and smelled but that was just nitpicking. Highly recommended.

The outside garbage hadn’t been taken out and was full prior to getting to the property. More than half of the lights in the house did not work. The grill had no bottom and no burners plus no gas tank. There were several outlets that did not have covers. With the extreme heat we wanted to hook up a water toy for our granddaughter but the outside water was not on. For the most part it was suitable for our purposes but the description in the posting was very misleading. After getting there - found the house was up for sale and a real estate agent attempted to come in to take pictures- we refused her entry. Communication with the owner was not great. We had to reset the refrigerator to work - was struck in set up mode and we lost some our food because it was not cooling off properly.

Fantastic Stay at Steve's Place

Rented the house as a basecamp for the weekend for my team and I as we were filming a short film, needed rooms for a couple people. Steve's place was true to the photos- lovely home in a convenient locale in a safe area, plenty of street parking, fast wifi, bath towels for guest use, several rooms. Steve was laid back and super helpful with answering my many questions. My group had a great weekend and enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend if you're in the area, would stay again!

OMG.. This place was HORRIBLE!!! I don't know how it got such amazing reviews!! I can't even begin to share how dirty it was; inside and out.. Clutter...Clutter.. It was like a hoarder house or a childcare center with old, dirty toys. We had to contact the owner to find out details about getting into the house. NO communication! The garbage was overflowing. The bedspreads had nail polish on them. The kitchen sink was broken and there a was bowl under it to catch water. OMG... We must have been staying at a different house then the other renters. We are requesting a full refund. We left the next day and didn't even stay for the full stay. We had to find another place. HORRIBLE!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
