Good experience

This place was very clean, nice area!! Mostly quiet!! Neighbors were a little loud, fighting cursing at each other, their kids could be a little more respectful n quiet as well as parents but once inside you hear nothing!! I would stay again!!

Well cared for home.

The weather was the only drawback during our stay. The house is exactly as described and the host provided everything as promised. Excellent communication by the owner and the location can't be beat. We'll try to return in the future.

Winchester Bay home

Initially the neighborhood didn’t look that great but it turned out fine. The neighbors were very nice. The house was very cute and clean. Well stocked with everything you need including paper goods and linens. Great location for us. The only issue was the rooster. Bothered my husband’s sleeping in the very early morning. But overall the place was great and the owner was very quick to respond and very enjoyable to communicate with.

Relaxing and Quiet

We really enjoyed our stay in Reedsport. We had a longer stay while we worked in town for three months. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and dishes. the home has 2 porches and plenty of shade from the trees on the property. Very nice to sit and relax. The upstairs had 3 twin beds with plenty of extra linens, pillows and blankets. The main bedroom is downstairs with a comfortable queen bed. Mr. Kim had stocked the house with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries and even laundry soap. The home is quiet. Just a short walk to the bay and a 5 min drive to the ocean. Owner was very respectful of our privacy and great communication. We would definitely rent again.

Winchester Bay

Everything about this property is nice n it used to be very peaceful, but was not anymore! The neighbors just some feet away has a son whom rides a quad almost all day n up to 8pm!! Being extremely loud to the point you could hardly hear each other while outside talking!! Revving up the quad it was def not enjoyable especially since your on vacation!! Other than that it’s a really nice place to stay n very clean!! N plenty of room inside!! The host is extremely nice n helpful if you need anything!! If there is a way to dispose of that quad it would be peaceful again as it was the first time we stayed last yr!! Maybe a high fence with gate to get in n park!! I want to enjoy peace n quiet when I’m on vacation n for what I pay especially!! Again other than that it is DEFINITELY a nice place to stay!!

Steve and Kim’s home was the perfect location and setup for our needs with an infant and a work trip. The hosts were very accommodating and the house was spotless!

Beautiful home but not kid friendly

This is a beautiful home but the owner needs to add some safety features for small children. The giant flatscreen needs to be secured so it cannot be tipped over. The railing at the top of the stairs needs at least two more boards so small children wont fall through them, and I feel the yard should be fenced as the "small kid friendly creek " in the backyard is a deathtrap for children. Other than those concerns the home is great. Very clean and cute.

Hey Thanks for ...Good point 👉 I am Working at Replace All the Windows to New Curtains. AFTER October. I continue have Family's come Not have time for it. About Dishwasher , I try have a Plumber come out see they can Hook up . KITCHEN SINK AND Garbage disposal is New I just put in March this year. I also Try Remodeling Bathroom Last 2 years . Can get a Contractor to do the Job. Oregon is One of State , peoples come and Stay.. Hope my self 🙏 take care all this .. Thanks and Hope Next time give u better then was ....

Great 2nd Visit!

This is a great property next to Winchester Bay. It is very clean and remarkably well appointed. We stayed here last year for fishing and crabbing and it was so convenient and nice, we came again this year. Owner is always available, responds quickly, and is very nice. We plan to return again next year!

Neighbors have a Rooster that gives the wake up call starting at 4:45 AM to 5 AM

The property is great! Covered porch helps keep things dry from the rain. Biking distance to Winchester Bay, dunes and beach. The house functions best for a small group. The neighbor's rooster can wreck the relaxing morning, even with earplugs.

paradise by the sea

What a beautiful little house. The set up of the home is cute as heck. It was very clean and the bedding and towels smelled so fresh and clean. We loved the covered deck, campire and creek behind the house. Fishing was fun and good. The neighbors were incredibly generous and very hospitable, even had us over for a bbq around their campfire one night. We are now considering moving to the area. Wish the little house by the sea was our home. We will definitely be back!!! ps, definite 5 stars on every aspect of this home!

Very Nice

Our stay was very nice. The house was clean, smelled nice and the furniture and beds were comfortable! We loved the back deck and the fire pit. We will be staying at this house again.

Nice Little Cabin

This property is a wonderful little getaway. It is very close to all the recreational opportunities in Winchester Bay but has a private location with plenty of room for your towables. The cabin is clean and has many extras in case you forgot to bring something.

Comfortable hideaway

The house was clean and well appointed. There were movies and games to play. There were condiments in the frig and everything we needed. We didn't understand that there was no cable/satellite tv and we were a little surprised at that but we watched a movie and streamed tv on my tablet. This is a nice quiet place but you do have to cross the highway to the amenities.
