However, we would like to clarify that immediately after receiving your first messages, we offered you the option to cancel your reservation with a full refund if you felt the apartment did not meet your expectations. Although the apartment had been professionally cleaned and prepared before your arrival, we also offered to arrange an additional professional cleaning at our expense to eliminate any concerns about its condition. You chose to continue your stay in the apartment. The concerns raised during your stay related exclusively to minor cosmetic signs of normal wear and tear, such as small scratches on the baseboards, minor paint chips on the walls, and the condition of the outdoor balcony furniture. These are typical signs of everyday use in any well-maintained property that regularly welcomes guests and do not affect the cleanliness, safety, functionality, or overall comfort of the apartment. We would also like to note that immediately after your departure, new guests stayed in the same apartment. They did not report any of the concerns mentioned in your review and left us a positive review regarding the condition of the property.
