There is an ongoing building work taking place outside the building, so there might be some intermittent noise in the morning. However, this unit's work has been done so access to the lanai is possible during your stay.

Pls note that the lanai will be closed from 3/23 to 4/17/2026. The schedule may change due to work progress of the condo. If your booking falls between these dates or is affected by the lanai accessibility, the room rate will show the discounted rate. Pls check with us before you book if you are booking around that time.

***Appliances: We strive to ensure that all appliances are in working order during your stay. In the rare event of a malfunction, we will make every effort to arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee an immediate resolution due to the availability of parts and technicians. Therefore, issues with appliances cannot be used as grounds for reimbursement or cancellation requests. Please proceed with your reservation only if you agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*** Please note that the condo may occasionally experience water shut-offs for maintenance purposes. These situations are beyond our control and typically last only a short duration. Additionally, power outages caused by the electricity company or local issues are also beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding, as these interruptions are usually temporary.
If water is shut off for more than 7 hours on that day, we will refund $100 for that day.
