While we do our best to ensure everything is in good condition for our guests, we take your concerns seriously and are looking into this further. That being said, we submitted the claims based on our cleaning team’s feedback: the carpets were left very dirty, and the confetti was from the Easter eggs that were brought in during your stay, and while we have had no pets on the premises in a long time, we apologize if there was any residue. The chair incident was definitely an accident, ultimately that’s what insurance is for. Speaking of which and to be fair, we didn’t charge you for the damages, we submitted an insurance claim and you will not have to pay anything. We’re glad to hear you had a positive experience with communication overall, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.
