Talcomb is a cosy cottage in a peaceful location with a lovely babbling beck running close by. Keswick, Cockermouth and Carlisle are all within 20 minutes drive of Seldom Seen. Keswick is a bustling market town laying host to many visitor attractions including the Theatre by the Lake, the Pencil Museum, parks, galleries and museums. It is the ideal place for summer picnics on the banks of Derwentwater or to take in the spectacular views from the top of Skiddaw, Latrigg and Helvellyn. About the host
Hosted by owner/property manager
We are Howard, Lorraine and Hannah we live in the North East of England with our dog also called Talcomb, Tally for short
Why they chose this property
We Have owned this Cottage since 1995 we bought it as our parents booked it as a holiday and loved it therefore when it came on the market we bought it.
What makes this property unique
We love coming to the cottage as it is so peacefull, we love to go to sleep with the windows open and listed to the beck. We love the fact you can go for walks right from the door and love the many restaurants and pubs in nearby Braithwaite and Keswick
