L'Avenue Carriage House est un charmant 500 pieds carrĂ©s, 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain sur la 3e Avenue historique. Host was very friendly and welcoming. The Carraige house is perfect for two people, very comfortable. High end appliances, comfy bed, nice shower all made for a great stay. It’s an easy walk to downtown Durango. We will stay here again, for sure.

Wonderful stay for my daughter’s birthday! The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished. Loved sipping coffee on the balcony in the cool fall mornings. Host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing getaway.

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in so far. The location to downtown Durango was superb. We walked everywhere. The property itself was very cozy and comfortable. Owners were very pleasant and communicative. Will stay here again the next time we are in Durango. Highly recommend.

Great location!!! Easy to access downtown. My son had a car and there was a dedicated space for parking which is an added plus! We walked most of the time but after my son left town we did need a couple of Ubers. (They are very limited in Durango) even so the pickup spot for this rental was easy. The unit was very clean and looks just like the photos. We will stay here again when we return to Durango.

The Carriage House was a delightful place to stay after finishing our thru-hike of the Colorado Trail. It was clean and spacious inside and we loved the outdoor deck. Communication with Dan was great and the location was within walking distance of everything we needed.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our time in Durango. Very well equipped, clean & comfortable. Lots of thoughtfulness went into the design of the carriage house. I really appreciated the closet area & the outdoor seating area. It was very hot during our visit, but the ac was perfectly cool & in the evenings still great to sit out and enjoy.

My husband and I will be coming back for sure! We will definitely be referring to friends and family as well. The living room furniture was upgraded from the original photos. So that was an extra surprise! Overall, this Vrbo was PERFECT for the two of us!! We enjoyed our stay!

Hiking in Colorado

Beautiful carriage home with modern furnishings and all the touches of home. We enjoyed our stay. Easily walkable to everything in downtown Durango. Beautiful views from the cute little balcony.
