Older unit that has been given a makeover. It was clean and functional. It was a bit small for our family of 5 adults especially with all 3 beds against a wall. So if you’re sharing a bed, make sure you can climb over the other person or down to the footboard. For the price it was a good stay.

The apartment was very clean and easy to get to, host was easy to communicate with. Only concern was upstairs neighbors were very easy to hear otherwise great stay! Highly recommend

Nice place. Location was ok, very thin walls in the complex so could hear neighbors occasionally. Mostly clean, bathroom smelled odd. Otherwise it was great and the host was very responsive!

Host never responded to any messages. Had to call him in order to get answers. Towels had a bad “left in the washer overnight” smell. Bathroom hand soap was watered down. Dirty sponge was to be used in the kitchen sink. Could hear neighbors running up and down the stairs all hours of the night.Mattress selections were interesting. Got to play Goldilocks. One bed was super hard, the other way too soft, and the third? Just right! Haha at least there are options.Location was great for ubering downtown and to the airport though. Fireplace in the living room was convenient and a nice touch. This stay has potential in the future. Just need to have the host answer messages through the app better, change out the sponges to a new one after each stay, and change those towels over to the dryer as soon as they are done.

This property needs a good deep clean. There is a weird smell through out the house, definitely worse in the bathroom. No trash can in the bathroom, old dirty sponges in the kitchen sink. I arrived late at night and had a hard time locating the property due to lack of lighting.

Affordable, but needs a good cleaning.

Affordable and decent communication from host, but needs to be cleaned. The floors, walls, appliances, doors, shower were all really dirty. There wasn’t any paper towel or dishwasher detergent. Appreciate the cheap stay and easy communication with the host, but cleanliness is important to me.

Host is very communicative. Any questions we had where addressed quickly and efficiently. Cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath. Close to everything in anchorage. Great 2 hour or so drive to Seward and about 2 hour drive up to Talkeetna (cool small town). Would stay agian!

I hope this review helps those traveling know what to expect at this site. Our stay was okay but it is definitely not a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. When we arrived, there was a nearly used up toilet paper roll with only one spare, the beds were not made with the loose sheet, and there were no extra blankets so nights were very cold. The lighting in two of the rooms was a sterile white while one room had warm yellow light temperatures which just demonstrates inattentive setup. The soap dispenser in the bathroom also had no hand soap and the lint catcher in the dryer had not been cleaned out for some time. Additionally, there is an odor in the place and a constantly damp spot on a carpet in the living room that did not dry up the whole week of our stay. The drywall needs some serious help and is chipped and cracked in many places. The blinds were broken looking out into the parking lot so it did not feel like the most safe location especially traveling with children. I gave this a 2 star rating because I have seen reviews similar to this about the uncleanliness of this site and it seems the host is not taking this kind of feedback seriously. If you need motivation to stay out and about all day in Anchorage, then stay here, because its not an inviting or comfortable place to spend your time.

Schöne, geräumige Unterkunft mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, es waren sogar ganz viele Gewürze zum Kochen vorhanden. Auch Spülmittel für den Geschirrspüler stand bereit. Die Betten waren weich und bequem und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Everything was pretty nice inside and what you would expect from the stay. An older unit, but well re-done. The location is okay, but some blocks around are pretty depressed with tweakers walking around.

Enough space for 6 people to sleep comfortably. Good communication with host. Common area is a little small for 6 people though. It’s great for a large group if you just need a place to sleep and plan to spend majority of your time out and about. It’s a cute little place to stay and great for the price.
