SituĂ© au coeur de Treasure Island, vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques minutes de marche des grands restaurants, des divertissements, des Ă©piceries, des magasins, des activitĂ©s, et Ă  quelques minutes de Johns Pass Village sur la plage Trolley.

Lorsque vous avez besoin d'une pause dans les plages primées et le chaud, doux Golfe des eaux Mexique, vous pouvez profiter de l'intimité de votre balcon ou dans le salon autour de la zone calme de la piscine en bord de mer. First off, it wasn’t VRBO we were dealing with, it was ITrip Vacation Rentals. It was very confusing right from the start. I asked a couple questions, I rented the place, and then I was told that it was not available. I knew I had already paid for it, but it took a while to figure out if we really had it for that weekend. The place was fine when we got there, but the elevator went out and that was four flights of stairs. When I let someone know they sent a text with a number to call. When I called the person, they were rather annoyed that I had woken them up. They couldn’t give me any answer about when it would be fixed. I guess someone came out that day and “fixed it“ but it was broken when we got back. When I called the person again, they were even more annoyed. It was really not a good experience.

Very nice property. Great view of the Gulf. Sunsets every night. Close to the beach, restaurants and grocery. Pool on the intracoastal side. Saw manitees, dolphins, wild parrots and a bald eagle with a fish in its talons. Great experience. Management company very helpful and friendly.

Loved our stay!!

Very close to the beach, just a short walk across the street! Great location! We were walking distance to many great restaurants and there is a grocery store right next door. The house was clean and stocked with additional items like beach supplies, beach towels, chairs, toys, baby items (pack and play, stroller, walker). The view of the beach was beautiful from our balcony! We had a great stay! The owners were very accommodating with any issues and had a repair person out immediately. My only complaint was that the king bedroom off the kitchen did not cool very well. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s on the side of the house with the most sun because the vent blows cold air. It’s nothing an additional fan couldn’t fix though! We will definitely be back!

This place was amazing! Booked for family trip and was one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in! Communication with hosts were was great!! Would definitely book again! Don’t debate, book it!!

Beautiful condo and great location

This is a beautiful condo, clean. And spacious. Great location, with the beach right across the streets and shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I rate it 5 stars. Management was extremely responsive as well. Only thing it needs is a cutting board, a wine opener, and a quieter air conditioning system. Other than that...perfect!

Fantastic Beach stay

We had a wonderful time at The Palms on Treasure Island. Beautiful and spacious condo right across from the beach. Gorgeous balcony to watch the sunsets from. Our hosts were super nice and attentive if we needed anything. It was just perfect! Absolutely recommend!

Exactly as described

Beautiful location with the beach on one side and bay on the other. Pool overlooks the bay which is beautiful! Unit was exactly what was described and was the most well stocked unit I have ever rented. Usually the kitchen is sparse but this had everything I needed! The balcony is large and has lots of seating so we could all sit out and watch the sunset. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there againl.

Best Sunsets we’ve ever experienced

Excellent view of the Gulf, sunset view from the patio was amazing. Very spacious and well equipped condo. Street noise and elevator noise were the only downsides. Easy walk to beach, boardwalk, John’s Pass, and with Publix right next door, you’ll never want for anything. Plenty of parking, pool was nice but on the small side.

A few small issues but overall just what we needed.

The master bedroom wall abuts the elevator shaft so it was quite a wake-up call when the first person called for the elevator in the morning even though we sleep with a loud white noise machine. I was pleased to find a 3B/3B as we were in town for a wedding and needed the space to get ready for the events.

Three star stay due to neglected maintenance

- towels are Motel 6 quality- door to unit catches on top with the closing mechanism- door to bathroom in deck side bedroom is crushed on the inside and the door handle inside the bathroom comes off- door seem for the elevator side bedroom is cracked making the door difficult to close - blue chair which I placed near the bar has a blue stain on top of it.- I have pictures if requested.

Thankful Thanksgiving

We had a great time staying over TG 2024. Treasure Island was still dealing the the aftermath of hurricanes Helene and Milton, but our stay at The Palms was impeccable. The elevator was working and the unit was great. Views of the ocean were amazing and everything was great to house our family of 7.

Great location and property

Across from the beach, next door to a grocery and many restaurants makes this an ideal location. The space, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, gave us plenty of room to spread out as well as hang around together. We used the pool and it was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved being surrounded by water on all sides!! The sunrises were incredible! The beach was steps away and amazing! Having Publix next store was fabulous! Without a doubt, we would stay here again and have recommended it to family and friends!!

Great Location

This was a great location and we all enjoyed the condo. The pool was nice, parking was great since it was free and everything was either walkable or you can take the free taxis services, just tip!
