The Sunset Vista complex features a magnificent heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool with fountains, business center with computer access, fitness center, café, ping pong table, corn hole game, tiki bar, beach deck, and lots more!
Arrival is very easy! No waiting to check in. Go right to the North elevator to the 4th floor. There is an electronic lock with a numeric code. I will provide the code as your date approaches.
Come vacation on the Gulf Coast of beautiful and always sunny Treasure Island, Florida. Walk to the famous John’s Pass where there’s something for everyone; rent a jet ski, take dolphin cruise, shop, or have lunch or dinner and enjoy music.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The hosts were gracious and very communicative. The condo was great and just as pictured! It was clean, comfortable, and super convenient with a short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and not crowded (granted it's off season). We appreciated the provided beach toys and towels, and the heated pool with pool bar was a plus!

Even though the weather did not cooperate we enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is in a great location next to the beach and is well equipped and maintained. Hass and Hanna were great hosts, communicating prior to our arrival and responding rapidly to any concerns or questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo newly renovated and very clean. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Nice little touches like wine, candy, tissues, paper products. Wonderful view off of wide, long balcony! Will definitely come back!!

Beautifully clean condo with a great view of the pool and ocean. Friendly and helpful, the owners were responsive, communicative, and organized. Would absolutely stay in this exact unit and rent from these owners again any time!

Hanna and Hass were great hosts! The place is lovely! The condo was clean and nicely updated. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. It was nice having a view of the ocean from the balcony. Also nice to have a nice pool and bar right there. Overall it was a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend!

Nice viewing of the beach and pool. Easy access from elevators. Reserved parking (1 spot). Nice beach amenities in the house. Nice pool on property. Easy access to beach! Better than advertised! One note: few USB direct receptacles, but ample Edison power. Fantastic place and easy owners to work with

Nice and clean condo. Owners were very responsive. Great beach and sunsets. Must do the Shell Key Ferry with Hubbard’s Marina Tours at Fort de Soto Boat Ramp.

We loved our time here! The location was great. The owners provide everything you need for the beach which couldn’t be any closer! They were also very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.
