The house was clean and the pool was clean. Worked out great for me as it was close to the tennis center. I enjoyed my stay.

We were in Rome for a wedding. This was the perfect house for our family. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is very convenient to downtown. Rocky and Pam were very communicative during the whole stay. Highly recommend.

Rocky and Pam were great. We ran out of propane, and Rocky came out of his way to get more for us. He provided a later checkout since we needed it for out tennis matches. We loved the location too the tennis courts. We were able to come back and cool down after the matches to prepare for the second match. Would recommend. Would stay here again if the the opportunity arises.

Convenient to Rome tennis center. Area felt very safe and house was clean and as described. Communication was easy and quick. Great stay!

Perfect for Thanksgiving

Home was clean, spacious, and best of all - had a big kitchen with all the tools and prep areas we needed for Thanksgiving dinner.

Expectations Exceeded

From the moment I pulled into the driveway this property exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness of the house is unmatched, Every drawer in the kitchen is labeled so I had no difficulty finding what I needed. All light switches are labeled as well. I cannot recommend this property and Rocky enough. I will definitely book with them again!

Perfect Place to Stay in Rome GA

We recently stayed at this home March 20-24, 2025 and I can tell you that I could not have asked for a better home to stay in. We did not need or want for anything. There was nothing we had to worry about. Clean linens and towels, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. All the kitchen utensils and cooking supplies you could ask for. Comfortable beds and bedding. Great internet service. Rocky was quick to answer if there were any questions and for me, staying in a home directly across the street from my daugher and grandkids was a big plus. Loved this home and will definitely stay again.
