Enjoy beachside living with private access to Hillsboro Beach just 1/8 mile, only a 5 minute walk. The house is located on a quiet, lush street full of tropical Florida foliage in proximity to waterfront restaurants, tiki bars and shopping.

- Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Amenities
- Beach gear is provided (beach cart, 3 beach chairs, cooler & a second cooler on wheels). We have a set of "water wings " for small children in the pool.
You will find these in the game room & on the side of the house.
- The start up kit includes some coffee pods, salt, pepper, a few trash bags,
a few dishwasher pods, a few laundry detergent pods, first few rolls of toilet paper and roll of paper towels.

No Smoking inside. Smoking outside only.
Must be 25 yrs or older to make reservation.
Pets not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet, dispose in tied bag in trash can.
Garbage days are Monday & Thursday. Recycle day is Monday ONLY.

The property includes a camera at the front of the property for security purposes and NoiseAware sound level monitoring system.
Swim at your own risk. Watch children around pool at all times!!
