**Winter Considerations:

During winter (from about December 1st to March 31st), snow conditions are likely. It is advisable to check weather forecasts to prepare yourself and vehicle/get necessary rental before your winter getaway. The fountain and pond water features are off November 1st through Spring.

Vehicle Recommendation:

This is a private HILLTOP property close to a river in a ski region. Due to potential snow accumulation, we recommend guests use an AWD (All-Wheel Drive), truck, or SUV with proper tires to navigate the hill leading up to the Wine Lounge. This ensures a safer and more comfortable journey to the property. If your vehicle can not make it up a stone driveway, it is a 500 ft hike up to the Hilltop. See pictures in gallery. It's a winter wonderland. Be prepared. We plow over 2 inches of snow. Anything under 2 inches a proper awd with good snow rated tires will have no issues. This is a non refundable reservation.

Escape to a charming, private Wine Lounge / Bridal Suite nestled on the expansive grounds of Rebecca's Fountain with a river view of the Mohawk River from our private Hilltop. Close to Saratoga NY, 12 minutes from Albany International Airport (ALB), it's an easy drive to the world-famous Saratoga Racetrack or SPAC (22 minutes), Rivers Casino (6 mins), The Capital (30 mins), local colleges & universities (Union, UAlbany, Sienna, RPI, SUNY Empire State, SCCC, HVCC, etc) as well as all adventures the Capital Region has to offer.

This is a no smoking building typically used as a Wedding Day Wine Lounge for the Bride or Groom to unwind and do wine tasting while still on the Estate. Just completed a full facelift. Dishwasher also added by popular demand. **Rest in Style:**
Indulge in restful bliss in Bela Vista's two inviting private rooms. The primary dressing room has a large sliding door with a view of the Pond and a luxurious serenity King Mattress, four pillows, beautiful contemporary white sheets, quilt, and comforter. The second room offers two comfortable, luxuriously thick, 14 inch (35.56cm) twin mattresses. 2 pillows, quilt, and comforters for the each twin. 2 pillows for the twin rollaway for another additional guest to rest. It's a folding bed available by request and additional fee paid ($49). Bela Vista provides ample recharge space for up to 5 adults total. When booking the headcount must be accurate for billing, security access and proper bed/linen/towel/setup for your visit. Like the Mansion, Our Linens are professionally laundered at a local dry cleaning facility.

**Coffee Bar/Kitchen:**
A beautiful and functional eat in Coffee Bar has everything you need for a quick cup of Joe, brunch or a meal. A full sized 4 burner electric stove with oven, Teflon pots and pans, Refrigerator, a coffee machine (courtesy imported ground coffee, tea and decaf options), a microwave and even a full sized clothes washing machine, electric dryer and table are all there for your use during your visit. Coffee station can be rolled around on a cart to enjoy in the Lounge if desired.

**Lounge TV and sitting area :**
Unwind in the open lounge, complete with a Wine list menu with popular options and Saratoga bottled water for purchase, smart speaker for music, local restaurant and activity recommendations, alarms, jokes, and more. A 50" smart TV with popular streaming apps – Hulu, Disney+, HBO, Amazon Prime, and Netflix – Bring your DVDs or BluRay discs from home as there is a PS3 that plays them with a DVD remote so you don’t have to figure out how to use a video game controller to watch your movies. These features make the lounge area a delightful space for everyone to enjoy a movie night.

**Wide Bathroom:**
The single bathroom is thoughtfully designed for rejuvenation and generous size for even a wheel chair. Featuring all the amenities you need during your stay; A hair blow dryer, Ivory moisturizing body wash, TRESemmé shampoo & separate conditioner, black make-up removal towels, soft Egyptian Cotton white hand and body towels, toilet paper, and moisturizer are provided for your comfort. Generous walk in shower, adorned with beautiful tile. Shower is curbless and All clearances 36" wide. Bath area Hand Wash sink is low to accommodate wheelchair guests.

**Outdoor Oasis:**
Step outside the Lounge through a glass door to your private patio, where you can savor a morning coffee, cook bbq on the propane Grill or unwind in the evening. Enjoy the picturesque view of Rebecca's Fountain and the tranquil pond. The views gave this building its name.

Experience the convenience of being on the same exquisite property as The Mansion at Rebecca's Fountain for a fraction of the price. The Bela Vista Wine Lounge provides an exclusive escape while still allowing easy access to view the Mansion, fountain and Mountains or Mohawk River view. Bring your walking shoes/ bike as a state trail is at the foot of our hill parallel to the river. Book time (2 hour minimum) with our licensed massage therapist for an additional $250, $110 each additional hour.

The Bela Vista at Rebecca's Fountain offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Air conditioning and heat come from a large electric heat pump system, ensuring a worry-free stay. Building temperature is at your control from a remote or using the house smart assistant speaker.
