Sliding glass door in the dining room accesses wraparound deck with distant ocean view. Kitchen incorporates breakfast bar and front-loading full sized washer/dryer. Master bedroom suite has king bed, a shower bathroom, and sliding door to sun deck. Polka dot bedroom has a brand new full size bunk and trundle bed to sleep up to 4! Blue room has a queen bed. Coral bedroom has 1 twin and 1 twin trundle bed that pops up to normal bed height. Second hall bath includes a tub bathroom. Enjoy family BBQ dinners sitting on the large wrap around deck at the new large outdoor wicker dining set with seating for 8 and BRAND NEW coordinating, gorgeous and incredibly comfortable conversation set with plenty of room for your entire family to sit.
With only a one block walk to the beach, multiple dining options within short walking distance and recreation center with playground for the kids across the street, this home is perfect for a fun and relaxing vacation!
Amenities include central air, gas BBQ grill, 10 beach tags valued at $12 per tag if you had to buy a weekly tag yourself, outdoor enclosed shower and private driveway parking for up to 3 cars.
