Great location

This house is close to the boardwalk and beach and not to far from the waterpark. The locals were very nice in the area. The owner of the propery is very responsive and great to work with.. We would return again.

Great location! Clean and spacious.

We had two groups there in Seaside and everyone would get together for food and hanging out at this property and there was plenty of room for all 13 of us. Paul the owner was very accommodating to our needs and responded immediately to our questions. The property was clean and was perfect size for the 7 of us. The location is fabulous just steps to the beach and boardwalk. Great rental for anyone who likes some extra space while enjoying everything at the Jersey shore.

More than met our needs

Property was close in location to what we wanted - beach, waterpark, boardwalk. Plenty spacious. AC was great. Great respite from the heat on the beach. Perfect for our needs as a family of three with one child (7 years old). Paul was easy to communicate with. No issues. Recommend this listing to anyone.

Clean and Spacious

I stayed here in early June prior to the "season". Let me list the pros and cons for me. Again, everyone is interested in something different when they go away so what worked and didn't work for me, may be different for you. I should have done my homework on the area. I'd only been to Seaside Heights once many years ago. Pros: Very close to the beach which made it easy to carry a beach chair there, or take several walks a day on the boardwalk. The unit was very spacious and clean. It was a well-stocked kitchen, though the most I used was the coffee pot and toaster oven. The front deck was great to have, even though it was small. Perfect for two people. There's a small BBQ on the deck which wasn't listed on the site. The central air worked great and the owner had it set nice and cool for my arrival. There's a designated parking space for one car in front of the house. If you have a family and are looking for close beach access, and dinner is BBQ or pizza delivery, this is a great property for you. Cons: I arrived on a hot Saturday and found the crowd that Seaside Heights attracts was loud, cursing teens/early twenties types who would walk up and down the street and dump their empty fast food garbage on the stops and even the sidewalk. There were several incidents in the motels in the area (particularly on the corner) that required the police to arrive. All the windows need replacing. There were gaps so large between the windows and their frames that they didn't block out much sound when the crowds were loud. The toaster oven needs to be replaced or given a good cleaning. Because of the week I arrived, which was before school ended and the season began, most of the nice restaurants were closed during the week. I don't consider the boardwalk places nice restaurants. The parking situation is awful if anyone visits you overnight. There's metered parking only in the area. I found Klee's Bar and Grill on Boulevard to be a decent neighborhood type place to get a nice burger or salad. The steps outside were very steep for me to manage given my age.

Thanks for providing the review. A few comments: Early June can be a bit loud due to the high school proms. There's not much windows can do to lessen the noise. Was hoping for at least 4 stars as I feel your disappointment was more with the town than the property itself. The parking situation is what it is, however we do offer a free spot directly in front of the house which most properties do not offer.

Great Time-Awesome Location!!

We had a blast on our vaca! Even with having a tropical storm mid-week we made the best of it. When I reached out to the owner about an issue (caused by my daughter) he was so responsive. He even made a trip to the house on Thursday night and resolved the issue(switch my daughter flipped) with no issue at all. The house was cozy and very family friendly. It is nice to be so close to everything boards, beach, and the Waterpark! Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this house to anyone!

Convenient Beach Getaway

We had an overall great experience during our stay. Being that it was during covid we pretty much just went to the beach and boardwalk. We were able to cook and grill most meals at home and relax on the front porch. It’s in a prime area for a lot of foot traffic and younger kids so it can get noisy and you’re right in the center of the action. For myself, we had 2 teenagers with us so it was great for them. Also, having the 2 bathrooms was great. It’s a very spacious unit and fit a lot of us well including guests visiting for the day.

Great beach house.

This house has everything you need when vacationing down the shore. Very clean and plenty of room for the family were your never on top of each other plus only steps from the water and attractions. All the local neighbors are very friendly as well looking forward to coming back soon.

Happy Times with Space for Everyone!

Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The host was so patient ... I had questions when we first arrived as I could not remember what I had done to set up our reservations; they answered back immediately and were so kind. The location is incredible we were able to come and go to the beach and boardwalk as we pleased. We go to Seaside Heights every year and this place held the 5 of us with room to spare! The layout never has anyone feeling crowded or overtop each other. Overall we loved our stay. We felt very comfortable, safe, and it was very clean. The location was great, too. We just loved every minute of our visit and hope to return next year. .

Very clean and neat place to stay!

Our family returned recently from our trip. The house was in great condition. The beds were comfortable and the living room had enough couch space for everyone to relax. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus! We did not really use the kitchen, as we go to dinner when we are on vacation, but it seemed like it was stocked with all the essentials you'd need to cook. Beach access was only 3 houses away. I have small children and they have tons of toys, chairs, and beach equipment so this was just awesome. Also, a quick trip back to use the bathroom was super easy! There wasn't much I would change in the home other than the shower head in the hallway bathroom, as it was not very good. I would also add some privacy walls under the deck near the garbages so you can store beach equipment. Just as an FYI... there are tenants downstairs which I did not realize when booking. The floors are thin and they come in a bit late, around 10:30pm, with loud children. They settle in fairly fast but I was worried about them waking the baby a few times as the kids bang loudly and slam doors. They were not home at all during the day time so I was never worried about my kids being too loud for them. Overall the stay was just amazing! We will definitely want to visit again!

Jessica, Glad you had a good time. You're welcome back any time. A word on the shower head you mentioned. It actually works fine, but what we've found, as is true in many homes, is the water pressure drops if the washer and/or dishwasher are on while taking a shower.

Great family vacation home!

Just got home from the shore house in Seaside Heights. Had a wonderful time, the house was much more than we expected. Appears to be recently renovated, extremely spacious, and very comfortable. We will definitely look to return next summer.

Excellent Location

This rental property is located just three houses from the entrance to the board walk and just a couple blocks from the water park. It is a very comfortable and spacious house for this area. You enter from front deck into the living room which is large, seating for eight people. You then enter the dining area which seats eight. To the right is the kitchen which is very nice and a washer dryer on far wall of the kitchen which is very convenient. Once out of dining room, continuing to rear of house, you have a bathroom to the left and bedroom to the right and at end of hall you have another bedroom to the right and another bedroom at end of hall which has a bathroom attached. Each room has windows and are spacious with closets and comfortable beds. House was clean, not run down and dingy looking!!! I would have given this property a five star rating but feel it was just a bit overpriced but I understand the location factor. If this property was about $300 cheaper I would book for next year without hesitation today.

Thanks so much for the positive review! We try very hard to keep a nice place and will be doing even more upgrades over this winter. Regarding the cost, we closely monitor the prices of other comparable properties in town, with consideration to beach location, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, etc. Ours is the most inexpensive of its size on the beach block. It also offers free parking in front where most others do not. We also have a brand new full size washer/dryer, brand new kitchen cabinets, 60" HDTV, and other upgrades cheaper properties do not have. As my grandmother would say, "You get what you pay for". We sold out for July and August this year by early June, and expect to again next year. If cost is a factor, I'd invite you to look at June, as it tends to be about $200 - $300 less.

It was very nice place , near everything, I had a great time.. The only thing was that I couldn't find was a full body mirror but everything else was absolutely perfect.

We're close to everything, but not too close. Three houses from the boardwalk and a couple of blocks north of Casino pier is perfect. 5 minute walk to the rides, but far enough away to still be fairly quiet.
