La maison est située sur les rives de la baie de Chaumont, à seulement 30 minutes de l'aéroport international de Watertown. Pourquoi ne pas être situé à proximité de tous les lieux d’été populaires?

Vous n'avez pas envie de conduire? Aucun problème! Pendant votre séjour, vous aurez votre propre ponton privé. N'hésitez donc pas à amarrer votre bateau et à descendre le lac quand bon vous semblera. *

Parlons de l'endroit où vous séjournerez: La maison est une GRANDE deux chambres à coucher, une cabine de bain sur un terrain privé. Une chambre est en bas et a un lit queen. Parfait pour deux personnes. La deuxième chambre est le grenier au-dessus de la grande salle et certainement celui que vous voulez réclamer si vous voulez la vue parfaite sur le lac! Comme le loft est très grand, vous disposerez de deux lits queen-size et pourrez dormir 4 personnes supplémentaires. Enfin, vous aurez à votre disposition un lit queen size si vous avez besoin de place pour deux personnes supplémentaires.

La salle à manger pourra accueillir 8 personnes. Nous vous encourageons donc à vous asseoir autour de la table pour casser le pain avec vos amis et votre famille. Mais si ce n’est pas votre cas, attrapez vos assiettes et dirigez-vous dehors pour vous asseoir autour du feu de camp pendant que vous fouinez.

Si toutes les activités de plein air vous ont incité à vous arrêter devant le grand écran, vous aurez le choix entre deux options: une dans la grande salle du bas (avec son surround complet pour une soirée parfaite) et un juste au-dessus dans le grenier à l'étage.

The location on the water is amazing, and the house is even better in person than in the pictures. The house is spacious and the main living area has wonderful floor to ceiling views. We had a great time here and our dog especially loved playing in the water.

Amazing time at an amazing property

Second time staying at Helena’s property and it was equally enjoyable as the prior stay. Check in was easy, the home is well-appointed and contains just about everything one would need to enjoy 3 Mile Bay. I’d rent the place all season if I didn’t have that pesky job getting in the way of things.

Wonderful Stay!

It was a beautiful place to stay on beautiful land. We loved the ping pong table and the games and loved skipping rocks and looking at the stars. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Best Vacation Spot Yet!

This rental was amazing. The property was so beautiful! The cottage was much bigger and prettier in person. There was a private rocky beach, so swimming, kayaking, etc was so easy to access. The property owner, Helena, was so helpful and quick to text with any questions we asked. We rent a lake cottage every year, and this was the best one yet! Gorgeous, relaxing, fun! What else could you ask for?

This place was absolutely perfect! The views from every room are amazing, and there was plenty of room inside to spread out. We had a blast catching 4 plus pound smallies all week and will definitely go back!

Beautiful Great Room

The Great Room and deck is amazing. All the windows let so much natural light in and the chairs on the deck are so comfortable. Just watching the lake, deer and turkeys very relaxing.

Great family cabin

Thank you Helena for sharing your home with us. We had a lovely stay with our three young kids (aged 2-8) and grandma. Lots of space inside and outside. The beach is rocky but totally manageable, and my kids loved swimming and snorkeling. Easy day trips to Cape Vincent and Alexandria Bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay on 3 Mile Bay.

The home is in a great location and is well appointed. Comfortable beds and great beach for swimming. Water pressure isn't the best but that is a minor consideration and fairly common in the area so by no means unique to this property. Communication with host was great and Helena was very responsive. I would not hesitate to book again (and likely will!).

Stunning views

Helena was a wonderful host. The home was beautiful and well stocked. The water views were breathtaking. Clean water with easy access in and out (very easy for even our 4 year old to navigate with water shoes or crocs on). We will definitely be back. Thank you for amazing memories!

Peaceful and relaxing

The property is as listed. Everything seemed well kept. The facilities were more than adequate. The weather was hot and humid so we definitely took advantage of the fans and the water. Great for swimming and cooling off! The porch was a great place to enjoy a meal or sit and watch the water. Plenty of space inside to spread out and relax!

Open, spacious waterfront cottage

The large cottage has a huge open great room with a big deck and nice yard on the water. Access to get in the water is tricky because of the slippery rocks, water shoes don’t help! The location is quiet , occupied cottages on both sides but nice neighbors. The country road is great for long walks and bike rides. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Although we did not meet the stay went very well with with Sarah and her husband, they were friendly and the communication was awesome not to mention how they were very respectful with the rules of the house. Great View!

Beautiful view of the water and very quiet area. Kids loved playing on the rock beach and having fires in the fire pit each night. It’s a bit of a drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The closest little town is Chaumont and they have a great Italian restaurant called Wise Guys. The only downside is that the house does not have AC and it was very humid during our visit.

It was pleasure having Shelly and her family for their vacation . Unfortunately we were not able to meet them 😟 but they checked in with no problems with the welcoming message that was sent.
