¿Buscas una escapada de verano en el lago? Este es el lugar perfecto!

La casa está ubicada a orillas de la Bahía de Chaumont, a solo 30 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional Watertown. ¿Por qué no estar ubicado en perfecta proximidad a todos los destinos populares de verano?

¿No tienes ganas de conducir? ¡No hay problema! Tendrás tu propio muelle privado mientras te quedes, así que siéntete libre de atracar tu bote y golpear el lago cuando lo desees. *

Hablemos sobre dónde se alojará: la casa es una GRAN cabaña de dos dormitorios y un baño en un lote privado. Un dormitorio está abajo y tiene una cama queen. Perfecto para dos personas. El segundo dormitorio es el loft sobre la gran sala y definitivamente el que desea reclamar si desea las vistas perfectas del lago. Debido a que el loft es tan grande, tendrás dos camas queen y podrás dormir 4 personas adicionales. Por último, tendrá una cama de aire queen size a su disposición si necesita espacio para dormir hasta dos adicionales.

El comedor tendrá capacidad para 8 personas, por lo que lo alentamos a sentarse alrededor de la mesa para partir el pan con amigos y familiares. Pero si eso no es lo tuyo, toma tus platos y dirígete afuera para sentarte alrededor de la fogata mientras comes.

Si todas las actividades al aire libre lo hacen competir por un tiempo de inactividad frente a la pantalla grande, tendrá dos para elegir: uno en la gran sala de abajo (completo con sonido envolvente para la experiencia nocturna perfecta de película) y uno justo arriba en el loft de arriba.

The location on the water is amazing, and the house is even better in person than in the pictures. The house is spacious and the main living area has wonderful floor to ceiling views. We had a great time here and our dog especially loved playing in the water.

Amazing time at an amazing property

Second time staying at Helena’s property and it was equally enjoyable as the prior stay. Check in was easy, the home is well-appointed and contains just about everything one would need to enjoy 3 Mile Bay. I’d rent the place all season if I didn’t have that pesky job getting in the way of things.

Wonderful Stay!

It was a beautiful place to stay on beautiful land. We loved the ping pong table and the games and loved skipping rocks and looking at the stars. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Well I’ll start off with there is plenty of drinking water because the tap water is sulphur water. The house was not clean, the shower curtain was full of black moldy water (we cleaned it), the rear door to the deck and water was covered in bugs and cobwebs on the inside of the screens and doors (we cleaned it) there was a pair of someone’s socks in the one sofa (left them) there was a half full water bottle under one bed upstairs (left it) and for some reason two tread mills piled on top of each other in the great room. And lastly the cookware was dirty. A few knives and silverware we had to clean the food of off before using them. We also cleaned every dish and utensil we used before using it. The host needs a new cleaning person. There was no cleaning beside maybe a quick what you can see wipe down. Otherwise, it was great, only complaints is the sulphur water (tell people up front) and the cleanliness. The bushes hang over coming into the driveway, my truck is getting the scratches buffed out next week. Oh and there are a lot of kids running around on foot, bikes, golf carts, etc through the yards, I believe they are full time residents. It met our needs for a place to stay while attending Memorial Day ceremonies.

Perfect getaway

This place was absolutely perfect! The views from every room are amazing, and there was plenty of room inside to spread out. We had a blast catching 4 plus pound smallies all week and will definitely go back!

Beautiful Great Room

The Great Room and deck is amazing. All the windows let so much natural light in and the chairs on the deck are so comfortable. Just watching the lake, deer and turkeys very relaxing.

Best Vacation Spot Yet!

This rental was amazing. The property was so beautiful! The cottage was much bigger and prettier in person. There was a private rocky beach, so swimming, kayaking, etc was so easy to access. The property owner, Helena, was so helpful and quick to text with any questions we asked. We rent a lake cottage every year, and this was the best one yet! Gorgeous, relaxing, fun! What else could you ask for?

This lake lot was beautiful and quiet. Owner was easy to communicate with. The view was as described - sunrises were amazing. We would definitely go again.

Great family cabin

Thank you Helena for sharing your home with us. We had a lovely stay with our three young kids (aged 2-8) and grandma. Lots of space inside and outside. The beach is rocky but totally manageable, and my kids loved swimming and snorkeling. Easy day trips to Cape Vincent and Alexandria Bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay on 3 Mile Bay.

The home is in a great location and is well appointed. Comfortable beds and great beach for swimming. Water pressure isn't the best but that is a minor consideration and fairly common in the area so by no means unique to this property. Communication with host was great and Helena was very responsive. I would not hesitate to book again (and likely will!).

Stunning views

Helena was a wonderful host. The home was beautiful and well stocked. The water views were breathtaking. Clean water with easy access in and out (very easy for even our 4 year old to navigate with water shoes or crocs on). We will definitely be back. Thank you for amazing memories!

Peaceful and relaxing

The property is as listed. Everything seemed well kept. The facilities were more than adequate. The weather was hot and humid so we definitely took advantage of the fans and the water. Great for swimming and cooling off! The porch was a great place to enjoy a meal or sit and watch the water. Plenty of space inside to spread out and relax!
