Great design! architectural beach house -available for monthly furnished rental. Two story, comfortable, delightful atrium house. Island kitchen on first level and sunny private yard. Bedroooms upstairs with King size bed and also office/den with twin bed. Great roof deck. Wood burning fire place, large 65" "Frame" TV, beach shower and washer dryer. Tandem parking for two cars. The house is 1/2 block to sand, surfing, beachfront cafes and restaurants. Walk to Windward, Market St. or a few blocks east to Abbot Kinney Blvd. for more restaurants and shops.

Great House - Great Location

We loved our stay at this unique property in Venice. The house was very comfortable for our 6-week stay - it was perfect space for us. The owner was great and very responsive and accommodating. The location is really great - 1 block to the beach, close to Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica, walking distance to Abbott Kinney Blvd, shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Gorgeous Frank Gehry House in Venice

What a hidden gem on VRBO! The property is a gorgeous Frank Gehry designed house for fellow architecture enthusiasts. The geometric structures, fireplace, exposed wooden frames, skylight - everything is a delight. The location is convenient and you can walk to the best restaurants, shops, and grocers Venice has to offer. It is half of a block away from Venice Boardwalk, but relatively quiet. The only downside is the lack of noise insulation inside the house because walls are thin. But we worked around the issue with noise cancellation headphones. Highly recommend!

Sensational Venetian experience!

We had a fantastic stay at the Frank Gehry Beach House - an architectural treasure in the heart of Venice. An open, exciting floor plan, expansive deck and charming patio. Completely private but a short walk or bike ride away from all that is Venice - as well as the Marina peninsula and beaches. A wonderful way to experience authentic L.A.
