Seneca Lodge in Snowshoe Village - Steps to Ski Slopes

The Seneca building is centrally located in the Snowshoe village and just steps from the ski slopes. The building is directly across from the ski school, so great proximity for families. The village offers dining and shopping year round, meaning this location feels like city living as you can walk to everything you need once parking your car in the private underground parking area beneath the building (the only building in the village that offers this for free, included with your stay).

Newly acquired in September 2024, and never been rented before.

This is a one bedroom, one bath unit. Queen over queen bunk bed in the bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Queen air mattress also available.

Seneca offers an oversized hot tub, as well as outdoor gas fireplace for entertaining. Our private balcony overlooks the Western mountain views (meaning epic sunsets!).

A private ski locker is included, as is private underground parking (free of charge, unlike similar nearby buildings like Rimfire).

The first floor "hearth room" offers a large gas fireplace, couches and entertaining space in front of a 90"+ TV.

Direct TV with comprehensive offering of channels both inside the unit as well as in the hearth room. High speed fiber internet.

Exit the front door of the building, and access the ski slopes in a matter of steps.
