With the beach just steps away, immerse yourself in South Florida's coastal charm while enjoying the finest in comfort and elegance.

Enjoy the convenience of a 24-hour concierge, valet parking ($20 overnight, $10 for additional cars, monthly stays $260), and easy check-in anytime. Prices are subject to change.

For your comfort, beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels are provided at no extra charge. Please note, the building will request a credit card on file upon check-in, and for Amazon deliveries, the building charges $5 per package (we recommend consolidating your orders). A fob for two adults is $30 for the entire stay and is not included in the price of the stay.

1. Check-In
The check-in time for the rental unit shall strictly commence after 3:00 PM, and the check-out time shall be at or before 10:00 AM. The Host shall not be able to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests.

2. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the rental unit is strictly limited to four (4) adults. The Host shall not permit any unregistered guests to stay overnight, and any additional guests will be promptly removed from the premises.

3. Subletting the Rental
Property Subletting the rental property is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

4. Responsibility
The occupants must comply with all building rules and guidelines. The occupant agrees to indemnify the Host for any damages or losses to the rental unit or its contents during their stay. The rental unit's condition shall be assessed both at check-in and check-out, and occupants must keep noise levels reasonable out of respect for other residents.

5. Swimming Pools
The swimming pool shall be accessible from sunrise to sunset, and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

6. Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit, halls, or common areas of the building. Occupants who smoke outside shall dispose of cigarette butts responsibly using the proper receptacles.

7. Pets
Pets are not permitted inside the rental unit or on the resort property at any time.

8. Garbage
Garbage chutes are available in each laundry room on every floor. The occupants shall not leave open trash bags in the unit or hallways, and must regularly dispose of trash bags by depositing them in the chute.

9. Laundry Card
A magnetic laundry card shall be available for purchase at the guest office, and it can be recharged using the automatic dispenser located on the lobby floor.

10. Air Conditioning
To prevent air conditioning system breakdowns, guests must keep sliding doors and windows closed when using the A/C system. The A/C must remain on during the hot and humid months from May to September. Any damage caused to the air conditioning system due to the guest's failure to comply with this rule will be the responsibility of the guest, who must pay for all necessary repairs.

11. Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi shall be available in the rental unit.

12. Security
Guests shall ensure all doors are properly closed when entering or leaving the resort or common areas. The main entrance of each building shall be locked at all times and requires an active magnetic key fob to unlock.

13. Events and Gatherings
Noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.

14. No Open Flames
Open flames, including candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars, are strictly prohibited inside the rental unit and common areas.

15. Illegal Activity or Substances
The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the rental property, and any violation shall result in eviction and potential legal action.

16. Moving Furniture
Furniture shall not be rearranged in the rental unit. Guests shall be charged a $50 fee if the furniture is not placed back in its original location upon check-out.

17. Cancellation Policy
The rental unit follows Airbnb's "STRICT" cancellation policy, and the Host strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations. Guests are advised to read more about the cancellation policy at https://www.airbnb.com/home/cancellation_policies#strict.

We had a wonderful time in Hallandale beach in the very nice apartment. The most important thing for me is cleanliness. We were also provided with everything we needed for a holiday away from home. The surrounding area was also very nice. Everything was close- shopping,groceries,restaurants. We liked being there. We will be glad if we manage to stay in this apartment next summer

This is an overexaggerated listing. The listing claims to be the epitome of luxury, when in fact it is just functional. The bed is comfortable, but the bedroom is warm, even with the ac on high and two fans. The living and dining areas are functional, not at all luxurious. The self proclaimed gourmet kitchen is nothing special at all, with a Fridigaire refrigerator, a small oven that takes an eternity to reach temperature, and lacking in basic kitchen essentials such as pot holders, dish towels, a cutting board, etc; all things one would expect to find in any vrbo(We went out and bought our own) As for the linens, both the bath and beach towels were small and commonplace. The pool and gym were both excellent, but having to lug beach chairs up a windy sand path to what was an unmanicured, small beach access sandwiched between two beautiful resort-style beaches by ropes and strict no trespassing signs was disappointing, to say the least. This was our 5th stay in Hollywood in the past 2 years and we got what we paid for. Not a unit or building we would recommend.
