Great communication. Very close to the beach and had beach chairs to use along with a cooler. Wi-Fi was free also.

The building is in a great location relative to groceries, restaurants and the beach. The condo easily accommodates families.

It was really wonderful. My kids were absolutely thrilled as soon as I opened the door. The condo is even more spacious than it looks in pictures. Valet parking, game room, pool access, and beach access were all super easy and convenient. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Stay at Sian Residences

The location is great. The condo was clean, the staff was very nice and polite and helpful. Irina and Richard were great hosts. They responded when we had questions right away. We will definatley come back next year.

Beautiful property

Nothing to say but great things about the property and the people managing it. They were very respectful and Responsive from the get-go really loved that our point of contact also suggested restaurants and locations to visit. Will definitely be booking again with this host!!!

All the comforts of home

Large, 1 br, 2 bath, very clean ocean view unit with nice balcony, pool and beach access. Highly recommended this unit. Owners are very responsive and helpful.

Clean & Great Location

Very clean condo. Location was awesome. We only ubered to/from airport and once on the way home from Publix (walked there). Saved so much money not needing a rental car! Owners were easy to get ahold of and very clear with instructions. This trip was just mom and dad but we could have easily brought all 3 kiddos. Great stay overall.

50th birthday getaway

Loved the location. Close to everything shopping dining beach boardwalk. Any questions I had Richard responded quickly. Everyone at the condo was nice and very helpful. 10/10 I will be back.

Great location!

Great location and nice accommodations. Make read everything and prepared for a lot of rules. It says there is a washer and dryer, but you have to buy a laundry card for $5, then add money to it in increments of $5 per load to wash and dry. The owner’s son met us upon arrival and communicated frequently. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great stay

We had a great two weeks. The property is in an excellent location to the ocean. Partial view and easy walk. Unit could use a sofa/loveseat update. Beds were very comfortable. No frills but had everything we needed except a pizza pan. Appreciated the almost daily check-ins to see if we wanted dining or adventure ideas. We loved Mizumi Sushi Bar, Paoli pizza, La Tub, the Broadwalk, the beaches. In all, a great trip.

Great Vacation

We had a great time staying at this condo. The listing was spot on. The host kept in touch prior to arrival providing instructions for check in , and throughout stay with suggestions or just checking in. The access to beach was awesome , and the pool area and other amenities as well. Plenty of places to eat and visit nearby . My wife and I were very very happy as well as our out of the country family . We definitely will come back. Thanks.

Great place on the beach!

Had a great time, kids LOVED the games room downstairs. Pool was great, beach was wonderful. The apartment was perfect, clean and everything worked! No issues at all. The host (Richard) was super. Beds were great, kitchen was fully stocked and was able to cook for my family of 5! Would stay here again.

This oceanfront property is conveniently located close to hotel Diplomat which hosts various conferences, Hardrock Stadium that hosts Formula 1, Miami Open and Miami Dolphins games as well as close to various restaurants Matteos, Piola, Bistro, Argo, and shops including Walmart, Ross and Burlington and, more importantly, the Gulfstream and the Aventura mall.
