The Atlantic Resort & Spa is Fort Lauderdale’s premier luxury boutique condo hotel, facing 23 miles of golden beaches and in walking distance of the best restaurants. Devoted to the pursuit of service and elegance, The Atlantic is a seamless blend of comfort and style less than a 20 minute Uber ride from the airport.

Located midway along the four-mile Oceanfront Promenade, stroll or bike the beach front and its dozens of restaurants or explore the world-class boutiques, galleries, restaurants, museums and night spots of Las Olas Boulevard just 5 minutes drive away or take the water taxi there. Visit charming North Beach Village, a collection of boutique shops and restaurants right behind the Atlantic. Take a boat tour of the amazing homes along the Ft. Lauderdale canals in the "Venice of America". You can also indulge in the thrill of Las Vegas style gambling and entertainment at the nearby Hard Rock Casino and Hotel or go hiking and kayaking in Hugh Taylor Birch State Park just 15 minute's walk up the beach.

Watch the sunrise of just relax on the 30' oceanfront balcony of our full one-bedroom (convertible 2br), two bath all-marble suite with full kitchen and dining area. The room was fully renovated in June, 2023, and decorated with art and a simple elegance to enhance the ocean views.

Enjoy a drink or lunch poolside overlooking the ocean or get a complementary chair on the beach and have drinks and lunch there (in season). Renew yourself in Spa Atlantic, a European-style spa inspired by the native surroundings of South Florida. Get a work out in the gym overlooking the beach or sign up for a personal training session.

Enjoy a cocktail or taste the freshest seafood at "Wild Thyme" Restaurant, Fort Lauderdale’s newest hot spot facing the ocean in the Atlantic lobby. Taste gourmet Continental cuisine in the restaurant's newly designed dining room or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the boulevard and ocean.

NOTE: The Atlantic Hotel charges certain fees directly to our guests - $50/day resort fee (covers internet, gym, beach towels and water; in-room coffee, bikes); $35 one-time check in fee; $235 one-time exit cleaning fee. Indoor valet parking is available from the hotel for $60/day.

We could not have been happier with this condo rental right to celebrate my 40th birthday. Incredible view of the ocean and resort pool and in the perfect location to watch all of the fun down below. Condo was in immaculate condition and super spacious, and there were so many great restaurants only a short walk away. Would highly recommend this rental. Thank you for an amazing weekend!

This property is just magnificent, from the staff, valet, location and amenities this was by far the best experience I’ve had in Fort Lauderdale. My wife and I have been coming here for years and will definitely be staying here again. So easy to walk the beach or drive downtown. This is probably the best location to experience everything with ease.

The property had fantastic views of the beach and water. We really enjoyed the fireworks show from the balcony. It was a little further north of Las Olas than we anticipated but worth it.

Centrally located just steps from Fort Lauderdale Beach. Awesome ocean view with everything you need to cook and hang out. We had a great long weekend and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. We've stayed at the Atlantic before and it's always great. Highly recommend this unit and the Atlantic. The restaurant downstairs is also great.

We have owned at the Atlantic since it was opened in 2005. We live in NY and love to come there to enjoy the hotel services, the beach, and most importantly, the spectacular view.

Why they chose this property

The Atlantic is a luxury hotel with a residential feel with a unique combination of serene pool and beach experiences and just steps away from limitless dining and entertainment options in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The town is also centrally located between the excitement of Miami and the elegance of Palm Beach and Boca Raton.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is 1,200sf and all marble, providing a super luxurious setting for anything from a weekend getaway to a months' long live-in experience. Ample room for a family of four to be comfortable for a long stay. It was fully renovated in June 2023, so it is like living in a new building
