Main booking guest must be able to pass a background/security screen. Home comfortably accommodates 20 guests, but does require additional guest fee's. Rate shown may only be reflective of 5 or 6 guest minimum. No parties allowed of any kind including birthday parties, this is a family vacation setting only.
