It was a great stay! Our host was very accommodating, unit was comfortable and clean. It is in a very good central area and easy to get around. We loved the gym too!

The penthouse unit was extremely nice and well priced. The unit was clean with awesome views of the water. Also, the building is in a great location and has good restaurants/amenities available. Host had good communication - I would stay at their VRBO again! Thank you for a great weekend & stay!

Listing was exactly as described. Great location! Highly trafficked area so prepare yourself but overall the experience was great. The host was very welcoming. Appliances and amenities were top of the line

This property is really interesting and the location is amazing. The check in process is a little clunky and I didn’t feel we were prepped for that process, but also could be a miss on my part of understanding that this is a hotel and residences, not just a Vrbo apartment. Valet took an hour to get our car, which was not expected and a bit frustrating. The pool is great and amenities are very nice!Host was wonderful - very communicative with questions and needs.

Good afternoon, thank you for your review. I would just like to clarify a couple of things. Yes, that is correct — our building is not entirely a hotel. The hotel operates up to the 19th floor, and from the 19th floor and above these are private residences. The owners of these apartments have the right to rent them either through the hotel program, independently, or through property management companies. So the building is only partly a hotel, not the entire building. Regarding the parking, unfortunately this situation can happen. When a large number of guests arrive — especially when people come to the restaurants — it can take additional time. Unfortunately, we as apartment owners cannot influence this service, because it does not belong to us. It is operated by a separate company that provides valet services in the building and is managed by the developer.

Wonderfull apartment at great location.

The apparent is located in great area of the city with easy access to all the best attractions like pier, shopping, museums, restaurants, bars and clubs. Building is new, rooms are spacious and well furnished. The view is incredible! We are highly recommending this place.

Everything was great. Exactly as pictured. No hidden fees. The view was amazing! Resort fee required as mentioned in description. Parking fee was 30-40 a day. I didn't use the pool or gym but the neighborhood is very nice. We walked to a local restaurant named Earls for brunch it was about 4 mins away. It was delicious! 10/10 overral for this unit!

When we got to hotel we had issue waiting on the host, but i think that was because of phone signal. Hotel staff weren't that helpful and on our last day we asked if we could put our bags somewhere, but we were told we couldn't. We did ask Host if we could leave bags in room but it would be a extra day stay to pay. We found a shop called Bounce Luggage Storage round corner to Miami Central Station that you pay $20 and they lock it up for the day so you can go out if you have a late flight like we had. It was very safe and professional. Don't forget the $40 a day you have to pay when you get to the hotel. You do get a drink each up to $10 a day each but when we went to use it they said we could only have a Sangria and there was a service charge to pay. Bit annoying as we would have liked a beer as that's not something my partner would ever drink. Apartment was lovely, and had all we needed and great views too. The apartment was pricey but it was Grand Prix but we expected to have to pay more because of this. Overall great place to stay.

This property exceeded my expectations and was the absolute best experience! The apartment was exactly as described and just like the photos, but better! It was clean and well stocked with everything you need like utensils, dishwasher tablets, iron for clothes, toiletries, etc. I loved how close the property is from everything—10 minute walk to FIFA Fan Fest, Bayside Marketplace, and more. The amenities like the pool and onsite restaurants were luxurious and top notch quality. We loved the café—all the pastries tasted homemade and from scratch. Casa Gianna was also incredible and authentic Italian food.I was blown away by everything that this property had to offer! It was perfect in every way. BOOK HERE!!!!
