We’re sorry the downstairs bedroom arrangement wasn’t what you expected. The separate downstairs bedroom is highlighted in our listing and photos so guests can see that it offers a more private space, which many families and couples actually enjoy. We also understand that bringing linens requires a little extra planning. Because we clearly note in the listing that guests provide their own sheets and towels, we try to make that expectation clear before booking so everyone can plan accordingly.
