Your cozy getaway awaits in New Orleans at this charming condo. With 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and essential amenities like WiFi and AC, this space is perfect for a relaxing stay. Experience the magic of New Orleans at our condo.

Close to Armstrong Park, Port of Call, Bourbon Street, Frenchman Street. You will love the condos because of the location, parking*, security, park, and security. The condos are good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small groups of friends. The Condo is one of the best values in New Orleans and a hidden gem. Located one block from French Quarter and 3 blocks from Bourbon Street; You are in walking distance to the Superdome or a quick 5 minute car ride. It's the perfect place to stay if want to be by all of the action.
The condo consists of 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, and living room. There is a 52 inch television in the living room. The rooms feature a dresser with mirror, memory foam mattresses, 32 inch Fire tvs, spacious closets, and each room has a window unit for your desired temperature. We take no shortcuts when it comes to our guests who we want to have a nice place to stay while joining the festivities of New Orleans!
Don't be fooled by a lot of other places that advertise that aren't even close to the French Quarter or the festivities. The Big Easy condo is in the middle of it all. The condo also has (Limited) off-street parking upon request when booking and the living area is gated. Full size stove, fridge, Silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, towels, etc. The condo can comfortably sleep 4 guests.

Parking Info: We have very limited parking spots and you can request an offstreet parking spot when booking. If we have a spot available, then we will assign you one parking spot. There is also ample street parking.

Minimum stays: On weekends (Friday & Saturday night, there is a 2 night minimum unless we approve less prior to booking. For special events (Jazz fest, Mardi Gras, NYE, 4th of July, there is a 4-5 night minimum.

Property was great and close to Bourbon Street and French Quarter. Needs additional cleaning under the beds and shower. Dogs at neighbors house barking loud until 2-3 AM some nights.

No central air/heat. Had small air/heat units inn bedrooms and LR. The TV in one of the bedrooms didn't work. We ran out of hot water after the first night. The living room looked like it was furnished from Goodwill or picked up on the side of the road. This was the worst unit I had ever stayed in. Will never rent this unit again.

The location is amazing for nights on Bourbon street and walking around town during the day. It's super comfy, while still giving both bedrooms privacy. Host was super gracious, provided snacks and water, a parking spot, and quick responses to messages. Overall, amazing in every way.

The condo was amazing. It was clean, cool, and well furnished. Not only was the place perfectly described, but the host was spectacular. She was very prompt with communication, made great recommendations, and even offered more help when asked about the area. The gated access offered an additional layer of security in a new place and the air conditioning was fantastic in one of the hottest times of the year. Absolutely would recommend this condo!

If you just want somewhere to sleep and you don’t care about anything else than yes this is the place for you. Overall my personal opinion I would not stay here again. The unit needed extra cleaning in some areas but not bad, however the impression I had was the property was gated (in my mind that the property and your car). The apartment it self is behind a gate that you need a key to access but your car is either in a assigned park that the owner will allow you to use or you have to find street parking (very hard to find street parking) so be prepared. Also other people live in the other units and rent unit around you so you hear nonstop noise (walls are thin). I know this was nothing the host could control but you still need to know. Also it’s about 0.6 from Bourbon street and walking it’s about 16-20 minute walk so also be prepared. I believe the listing say 3 blocks which is

Martin canceled and asked for a refund on the sane day as reservation. Vrbo will not allow us to cancel a reservation once it started. We told Martin to contact Vrbo in order to get her refund.

It was excellent! Jodi met us as we were arriving and made sure we go into the facility. We had a parking spot for our unit. The air worked great. The condo was behind a locked gate and it was an easy drive to wherever we wanted to go. As my friend and i were by ourselves, 2 mature, Lol, ladies we chose to drive and not walk. We did participate in the Red Dress Run and we walked there as it was at the end of our block! Great time!! Jodi is an excellent communicator!

The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to the entrance of the French Quarter. We didn't have a car, mainly used Uber, but there seemed to have plenty of parking. Our only complaint was the description of the the amount of beds. Each bedroom had a nice queen sized bed, however it was advertised as having a twin bed in the living. We were very disappointed, because there was no bed, it was just a regular couch, not a fold out couch. No linens or pillows.
