Quick Getaway

The unit was just as described when I booked. The view of the beach was great and we loved to listen to the waves crash on the shore while sitting on the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Views and Comfortable Stay

This was the best rental to date. The condo was fully stocked with everything you need to be fully functioning for the time there. I definately overpacked due to previous stays at other locations. All cleaning supplies and cooking supplies available. The bed was super comfy as well as the other furniture. Very clean and well decorated. I would choose to stay here every single time I visit MB if it is available. Def not dissapointed with anything. The host was very friendly and always responded to any questions I had.

the property has a nice lay out but ..

This is a nice condo but, I was disappointed that it was not cleaned very well . I messaged the owner and the cleaning girls came back . I stuck to the kitchen floor ! also the dust on everything .I don't live like that and didn't like going into a mess like that . I know this is not the owners fault she is paying them to clean but being there while the were cleaning was an eye opener ! They used the kitchen sink for the mop . I had to go buy bleach . and I also did not like the washer it is a washer dryer combo . Not a good thing !

Owning a rental property definitely has its challenges especially when it comes to hiring cleaners. Most guests leave me 4 or 5 stars and thank me graciously for sharing my home. Every so often I get a "misery loves company" type of guest. Thank god they don't book with me very often!!

Disappointed in this property

The locals refer to this section of Myrtle Beach as “The Ghetto”. Our visit started out by turning into the parking garage and being greeted by 2 security guards smoking their cigarettes at the entrance to the lobby. After parking, we unloaded and approached the entrance only to find a very dated and undesirable lobby. Everything was old and dirty… the floors, walls/paint, elevator, and hallway. We had been so excited about this vacation only to walk into a very disappointing situation. The unit was better, and although some updating had been done year's ago, it still had original floors that were dirty because of wear and tear as well as conditions of being on the beach. My daughters ended up sleeping on the couch because we pulled out the bed only to find sand on the sheets as well as an old ice cream up, indicating that the bed had not been prepared for our stay. The bedroom bed was as so hard and uncomfortable. Also, it was uncommonly high… I had to hop to get on it (I’m 5’5 and about 150lbs) so it shouldn’t have been as difficult as it was to get into bed. The kitchen was nice and clean as well as the main living area. I think the biggest issue with this property was the building and the area, which set the tone for our stay. I understand the owner needs to portray this property in the best light possible but I wish I would have had information like this before booking.

Great location

Perfect location! Super close to the beach. Loved the little deck and view of the ocean. Easy walking distance to buy groceries and dining.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle. This condo was perfect for our family of 4- decor was so cute, building was very quiet and not too much traffic at all. Within minutes from everything. Veronica was available for any questions. The condo was very clean, exactly like her pictures. The kids each had their own sleeping space. The kitchen came fully stocked. You do not need to bring any dishes or anything with you. We would definitely recommend this condo. We will visit again!!

We loved it here!!

Everything was wonderful...from Veronica’s unit to the music played at pool. The condo had everything u could possibly need or want. Very clean, well kept, great view.. the only thing we had to get extra was toilet paper and wash the wash cloths for the extra showers other than that all was perfect. I would recommend Veronica’s condo to anyone. She was always on spot to answer any questions we had. We will Definaltly use again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great time

We had a great time on our vacation! The condo was nice . The only thing I suggest is put a little table on the balcony and maybe some new frying pans! The on-site restaurant was awesome and access to the beach was great .. very close to everything but nice and quiet will def come again

Relaxing,clean, peace and quiet

The room look exactly as pictured. I had no trouble parking and getting settled as soon as I arrived. There are shops and restaurants not to far from the condo. The best part was being able to see the ocean from a beautifully placed balcony. The sounds of the waves put me to sleep. I would love to book again. The host was very welcoming as well, although I didn’t run into any issues she made herself available to me so that I could contact her if need be.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a cute beachy theme! The only complaint was the resort outdoor hot tubs where not available. They stated they have been out of order since August! The outdoor pool was heated and the view of the ocean was pure heaven! Would rent again!

The room was exactly as pictured! Awesome view.I did not care for the fact you have to get off of one elevator from parking to get on another to get to your room. The property had the looks of being kinda dingy, but we enjoyed our stay !! Had a wonderful time!! we had two adults and two children, and it was perfect for us.

Charming condo with Gorgeous views!

The unit is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The ocean view and city views are gorgeous! We loved that you can see out over the city at night! Veronica is super sweet and helpful! We would definitely love to return to this charming home at the beach in the future!

I love the tiny balconies! I like the layout of these units! The unit is nice and its clean, but it is very small. Furniture and bed is comfortable. Resort is close to shopping, Wal Mart 2 blocks away, for groceries. Washer/dryer combo (1 Machine) is a nightmare. Bring your own supplies, tissues, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, napkins. the unit gives you one roll of paper towels and one roll toilet paper, a tiny bar of soap, and not much else. there is no stopper in the kitchen sink if you feel you need one. We are seniors and the tub made us a little nervous. It can be slippery and there is no bar or railing to hold on to. there are 2 sofa beds and 1 bedroom. I think it would be very hard to have 6 people in this unit without being very crowded. I'm not sure if its physically possible to be able to open both sofa beds, due to lack of space. Its a nice unit and we have stayed in other units in this building. If for nothing else I dont think I would stay here again, only for the lack of basic supplies that have been given in other units.

HOST BEWARE!!! Guest like Yavonne do not understand Homeaway! I'm letting her use my vacation home for a fraction of the amount of a hotel. Waste paper and soaps are complimentary for arrival. The washer dryer combo is heaven sent but for people like Yavonne who don't even know how to do text messaging I could see them struggling with state of the art technology. If you need handicap bars to climb in and out of the bathroom wouldn't you think she'd inquired about that before booking? ?

Gorgeous View & Adorable Beachy Vibe!

This property is located at Palace Resort, which looks like a normal, perfectly nice place to stay - however what I LOVED about Veronica's condo is that it looked like you were at the beach with lots of beach decor and fun colors throughout. I loved the amazing view from the big, picture window and the balcony and had a lot of fun just sitting out there drinking my coffee in the mornings. The kitchen was perfect, I had everything I needed to cook some of our meals (and save a little money over eating out all the time). Also, this location is right on the beach and they have a bar/grill on the first floor, which was perfect for grabbing a drink while we were enjoying the pool or beach. We were close to all kinds of great restaurants and 2 grocery stores within a 2 minute drive. There was always plenty of free parking in the Palace garage. We used Lyft for rides to other Myrtle Beach attractions we didn't feel like driving to - everything was under $10 per ride so really not far from anything you want to do (Skywheel, etc.) - although we had no trouble walking to lots of places, too. Best of all, Veronica was a dream to rent from - she answered all of my many questions promptly and I really can't say enough about how much I appreciated her communication. I'm so glad that my first HomeAway experience was at Veronica's condo!

Gorgeously decorated condo!

This was an amazing condo! It was decorated so cute and was very clean and comfortable. Veronica was great to work with also. The condo came with bath towels, dishes and everything we needed to cook meals and the washer/dryer combo was a life saver. The staff at the complex were very nice and the ocean was just steps away. The pools were kept very clean also. Would definitely recommend this property and we will be coming back!

Wonderful condo!!!

My husband and I took our 13 year old to Myrtle Beach and stayed in this condo. The condo itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and very clean. My daughter used the pull-out couch for her bed and was very comfortable with it. We had a gorgeous view from the balcony. The property of the resort was also clean and well-maintained. There are only 3 elevators but they only times we had to wait were during the rush hour of the morning when guests were checking out and housekeeping were doing their rounds. The front desk was always very nice and very helpful. The owner of this condo is super easy to work with and stayed in touch with us to make sure we had a pleasant stay. If you're looking for a quiet place that is clean this is the perfect place!
