We had a wonderful time. It’s lovely location and a really nice set up. The kids loved the pool and it was nice that there were pool toys to use. Lots of nice touches about the place (such as the welcome basket). The people who run the villa were really friendly and helpful as well.

Fantastic house

We are a family of three and we have just had a perfect holiday in villa Evanna. All the way through the booking process Eva was so helpful and even sorted the car hire for us. Soules and Costas looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. Apart from a great house there were places to eat within walking distance. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Beyond perfect

I have booked numerous properties on Vrbo before and only once I have given a 5 star before. Compared to this, this stunning villa actually deserves 6 stars if I could give it. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time at villa Evanna. It’s secluded enough to give you privacy but close enough to walk to local bars, restaurants (5 minutes) and the local beach (10 minutes). Supermarkets are about 5 minutes drive and there is a small local one in walking distance. Lastly, Soula and Kostas are wonderful hosts looking after you without intruding. I cannot recommend holidaying here highly enough

Erholung pur in der Villa Evanna – ein perfekter Rückzugsort auf Korfu

Im vergangenen Jahr durften wir 14 Tage in der Villa Evanna auf Korfu verbringen – und es war in jeder Hinsicht ein außergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt. Die Villa liegt auf einem großzügigen, herrlich grünen Grundstück, das absolute Privatsphäre bietet. Man ist vollständig für sich, ohne neugierige Blicke oder Nachbarn in Sichtweite – für uns ein entscheidender Pluspunkt.Die Unterkunft selbst ist gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und liegt eingebettet in eine ruhige, natürliche Umgebung. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, wird hier fündig. Trotzdem ist man nicht abgeschieden: Zahlreiche charmante Tavernen befinden sich ganz in der Nähe und sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. So kann man abends spontan essen gehen, ohne das Auto bewegen zu müssen.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unseren Gastgeber, der uns von Anfang an mit großer Herzlichkeit begegnet ist. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns eine großzügige Auswahl an Lebensmitteln zur Erstversorgung – mehr, als man erwarten würde. Und auch beim Abschied wurden wir mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten beschenkt – eine wirklich schöne Geste, die in Erinnerung bleibt.Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt rundum gelungen: ruhig, erholsam und persönlich. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt – ohne dass es aufdringlich wurde. Die Villa Evanna ist ein Ort, an den wir sehr gern zurückkehren würden.

Possibly the best Villa

We arrived a little late, due to delayed flight and getting a little lost. That was the only down side of the holiday. Chrysoula and Kostas were absolutely amazing. The villa is even better than in the pictures, it gets cleaned daily!!!!! Linen was changed every other day, what more do you want. We asked about a pump for an inflatable, it was there next day. If you want an out of the way, quiet place to just relax, this is it. There are plenty of Taverna's in the town for eating etc. Yes you do need a car, but once there you could get away with a short walk to town, or the beach. Our only slight down, was that my Wife found the double bed a bit hard, for me it was ok.

Een stukje paradijs

Dit huisje is geen gewoon huisje, invergemijking met de andere toeristische dingen die we daar zagen steekt dit klein verborgen paradijs er met kop en staart bovenuit. Dit komt in de eerste plaats door Soula en Costas die de allerbeste gastvrouw en heer zijn die je je kan voorstellen. Maar ook het huis is zo smaakvol en correct ingericht. Perfect!

BEYOND EXPECTATION-A PERFECT 2 WEEKS

Exactly as described...5stars best rating well deserved. Faultless daily housekeeping pool and garden maintenance. Solas cooking beats the local restaurants and with husband Costas provides best customer service offering shopping trips to local supermarkets and transport to local Ferry Port for boat trip to Paxos. One of our party became ill and was taken by the owner to her local Doctor. Potami village and St.Nicholas beach just a short walk. Villa Evanna includes strong free Wi-fi, Home Cinema (Netflix) and Hi-fi. The best.... Chris and Sue B with Sam & Ann S. UK

a real home from home

We couldn't have faulted this stay. It's a beautiful house - so comfortable, and so very tastefully furnished. Peaceful setting but walking distance from the village, and from the beach. BEST of all were the hosts- we were so lucky to have them. Kostas and Sioula could not have done more to makes us feel welcome (without being in the least intrusive). Nothing was too much trouble - so useful to be able to ask Kostas to run us to the supermarket - if we'd stayed longer we would have gone further across the island. Also to note good internet connection, if this is useful. In sum, this holiday was paradise- not only the loveliest place, but also the loveliest people. Thank you for a brilliant holiday!!

A beautiful villa, exceptionally clean, gardens and pool kept imaculate on a daily basis

A really well kept property, beautiful pool and gardens and the property managers, Soula and Costas looked after us really well from start to finish. If you want to eat in the food is great and really good value and the Moussaka was the best we had. It was a great week, one of the best and most relaxing weeks we have had anywhere. If you do want to have a short stroll and eat out then the River Café near the bridge in Lefkimmi is nice and well priced. We really enjoyed our time here!

Mr Andrew and his family were very polite and cheerful guests! They respected and treated the villa as if it was their home! Everything was spotless! We were very glad to meet them and enjoyed their company a lot! Future landlords will be very lucky to have them as their guests! Perfect

A quality villa in a truely tranquill location just a 5 minute fron the small town of Lefkimi (population circa 6,000). Which provides a range of restaurants on the bank of a small river and shops. Main supermarkets are a 5 minute drive away. A number of sandy beaches are within a short drive, one of which is less than a mile away. The secret beach ( I could not possibly tell you where!) is a 10 minute drive from the villa. The owners, Soulla and Costas are delightfull and live a few minutes away in Lefkimi town. Always on hand should you need anything, with the added bonus of Soulla's fantastic cooking of traditional greek food. A special mention in that context to her home made orange sponge cake and home made icecream. Just going to need a month to take off the extra 7 lbs. Salads were likewise very tasty. The pool was clean and perfect as well. If you decide to stay at the Villa then say hello for me to Dimitrius, the local sheep herder. Excellent and excellent value for money. Steve and Elizabeth
