This villa is lovely with a beautiful view of the sea. Four couples were very comfortable. Pool area is very nice however some shrubs could be moved to allow for more chairs around the pool and access to the hot tub area. Local restaurants were great and a short albeit somewhat dangerous (narrow roads no sidewalks lots of traffic) 10 minutes walk away.The main complaint is the very steep climb to get to the villa from the road. This was not mentioned in the ad and for some of us the climb was too much. Maria however did try and accommodate us with offers of rides to the villa Overall a lovely stay.

Great villa, very close to bars/restaurants, the sea etc. Communication and helpfulness of all the staff was perfect both before and during our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fabulous house, stunning views!

We had the most amazing 1-week stay at Ionian Pearl Villa. The views from the balcony and the infinity pool were absolutely stunning. We were a party of 8 (4 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids 8 and 10) and the house fit us perfectly. It was a short 2-minute walk into the nearest town Messonghi, which we loved. Maria was super helpful answering our questions and giving us recommendations. We hired the chef Ana to cook us dinner two nights, which was some of the best, freshest food we had during our stay. Overall, a magical experience!

Wonderful Location and comfortable Villa

Family staying for 4 nights, perfect location if you want to be in a quieter area. Plenty of tavernas to eat at within walking distance. Staff were very accommodating and helpful with lots of suggestions.

Top Location - top Service

Wir waren zu 10 für 4 Tage in der Villa und hatten wirklich eine traumhafte Zeit. Der Besitzer war immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Die Bilder entsprechen ganz genau der Villa - die Größe der Villa war mehr als angemessen - wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und werden sich wiederkommen. Ganz klare weiterempfehlung !

Great property. Worked perfectly for two families. Pavla the property manager was fantastic.

We loved the property. We had a great boat trip to Paxos and anti Paxos. Worth doing. We had a chef at the house another night. So much food it did us the next day too. Pavla the property manager was extremely efficient throughout the booking process and during our stay. Thank you Pavla for making everything easy for us. A quiet town but enough restaurants and bars.

This was hands down the nicest place I've ever stayed. Beautiful house, pool, hot tub, and views! Everyone was accommodating and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

A piece of paradise

I was very anxious on my arrival of this property as I had booked it for myself and 5 other friends but I so shouldn’t have been. The Villa really is one of the best I have ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in some really stunning ones. Each of the four bedroom really was special in its own what which made it very easy when it came to deciding who stayed where. The furnishing were second to none and nothing had been left to chance. All 4 en suite showers were of a very high quality as well as the bedding and pillows and all beds were split into singles on our request. The shopping we had pre ordered was all packed away in the fridge for us on arrival and the owner was more than happy to settle this bill and the taxi bill at the end of our stay which was most kind. Messongi town is very sleepy and appears to have not changed since the 1960’s but this added to its charm and we still found a good bar and a lively nightclub to have a boogie. Every restaurant recommendation by the owner was spot on and along with the boat trip (in which was had the dolphins do a private display for us) we couldn’t have honestly had a better time. We also booked a private massage for 4 of us girls and the lady set up her bed outside in the shade alongside the pool at our request. I would thoroughly recommend her. We never made it to watch a film in the cinema room but were all absolutely wowed by this room. There are only kids dvd so if you want to use it you should take your own DVD. We paid extra for the hot tub and only got to use it once as we ran out of time but it was definitely worth even that one go. All in all we had the best girlie weekend and would definitely recommend this villa providing you’re not expecting a modern town full of swanky bars. If you want a luxurious villa in a town with a setting resembling something out of Mamma Mia then this place is definitely for you. Thank you very much to Costas and Pavla for making us so welcome. Beautiful, luxurious and relaxing villa

We really enjoyed staying at the villa. The rooms were nice and the living area and outdoor space lovely. The location was great too - just a 5 minute walk to Messongi. Loved the views.

Perfect...

We were a group of four; myself, my brother and our wives, as we were both celebrating our 30th wedding anniversaries and we wanted to make this a trip to remember We were met at the airport and travelled to the villa in an air conditioned taxi and even though it was midnight when we got to the villa, Leigh the manager was waiting to introduce us to our home for the next few days. My wife had sent a shopping list and the fridge was stocked with delicious food. The villa itself is spacious, luxurious, modern and immaculately clean. There are 4 bedrooms all with sea view and fully equipped en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. We had breakfast every morning on the patio by infinity pool that has a spa whirlpool and the stunning panoramic view of Corfu. My brother and I booked “a learn how to sail a yacht day”, excellent fun while our wives enjoyed a pamper day complete with relaxing massage and facial - all organised by Leigh. We had arranged for a chef to come, who cooked us an mouth-watering evening meal of traditional Greek dishes, dips and pitta bread, pastisada and bakalava for pudding. We also rented a private speedboat, with a driver for a trip to the beautiful Anti Paxos and Paxos . We completed the afternoon with a stroll round the harbour village of Lakka where we found a number of tavernas and restaurants on the waterfront. We were sorry to leave this little slice of Heaven but we will definitely be back. Thank you to Costas and Leigh for everything, you made our stay perfect!

An excellent villa

The villa is beautiful: smart, contemporary, clean and spacious. The younger members of our group ranged from 9 to 19 and everyone agreed the villa was something quite special. The views are splendid and the beach, shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walking. We enjoyed some day walks from the villa, including one that took us to the west side of the island. One evening we visited a restaurant up in the hills above the town which gave us panoramic views of the coastline: Leigh can help arrange this. Ionian Pearl definitely lives up to its description on the website.

The villa was absolutely stunning! Lovely infinity pool, plenty of sun beds and outdoor areas. A well equipped luxury villa. The villa is situated on a steep hill which gave us our daily exercise! The concierge service from Leigh was first class, nothing was too much trouble. I would also recommend booking the in villa dining, the chef was friendly and professional and the food was delicious.

Great villa, fantastic service

Our second time at Ionian Pearl and everything was as good as the first time. We spent a week in beginning of July. Everything is clean and appears even better than on the pictures. ionian pearl offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday in nice environments. AMAZING!!!

Having read some of the reviews before we travelled out I was extremely excited about our stay but it is safe to say my expectations were exceeded on every level! The villa is superb with stunning views and a fantastic pool, our every need was catered for by Leigh the Guest Services Manager who made sure that our stay was as comfortable and ran as smoothly as possible. The villa was always immaculate and exactly as shown and described in the tripadvisor page as well as the website. The beach is only a five/ten minute walk away as is the resort of Messonghi, which has plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and a few bars. The locals are all really friendly and there are plenty of activities and trips on offer (I can recommend Aqualand, the Greek night at Tripa, and the boat trip to the Blue Lagoon). I stayed with a group of eight family members that included young children, a teenager, adults, and a slightly older relative (who hopefully isn't reading this) and we all had an amazing time. We are already saving our pennies and planning the next trip!

Perfect holidays!

I felt in love with this villa when I saw it for the first time in 2013.. and I was sure that I have to come back. This May 2015 we came for 1 week stay at Ionian Pearl and it was just perfect!!! Amazing view, modern interior and so many cosy details, absolutely fabulous disposition on the top of the hill with 2 min walk to the sea... I wish I would stay there for longer period. It was a big effort to leave villa :) to go to see the beauty of Corfu.. Many thanks for all the team of Next Holidays and a very special big thanks to Costas!!! It was magic holidays!

Overdådigt sted

Her giver ordet luksus pludselig mening. Huset ligger højt - med panoramaudsigt ud over Middelhavet - i en mindre badeby på Sydkorfu. Der er masser af plads - og badeværelse til hvert enkelt dobbeltværelse. Stuetagen er rummelig med et fantastisk veludstyret køkken - og udgang til både terrasse - BBQ område/udekøkken/have - og stor pool. I hjørnet af poolen er der en spa - og har du brug for skygge, kan man dase i en stor udendørsseng. Alt er rent - pænt og velholdt - og indehaver og administrator gør alt for at sikre en perfekt ferie. Det er svært at forlade denne oase - men bevæger man sig ud i den nærliggende by - er der nogle fantastiske restauranter i vandkanten. Prisen er i den høje ende - til gengæld er der plads til mange - så ideelt til f.eks. to familier.

Incredible Villa

Spectacular villa – luxurious, comfortable and fully equipped. It has the feel of a family vacation home rather than a purpose built to-let villa, which makes it much more comfortable and inviting to families. The on-site concierge and the owner were very helpful / attentive and quickly helped sort out whatever we needed. Ideal location to reach the capital and many of the island’s best beaches. Highly recommended – will definitively consider returning.

A gem of a villa

What a holiday !!!!!! brilliant brilliant the villa was very clean bright and spacious has everything and more . The view from the open plan livng room area is panoramic . Hot tub whirle pool infinitypool . Its a nice retreat for all the family plenty of space , amenities are close by shops bars restaurants are all within walikng distance . The beach is also close by . The owners introduceded themselves nice couple costas and katerina they were so helpfull and friendly . Their staff was also kind and friendly and was on hand if we required anything . The bedrooms was always cleaned on regular days , all rooms as ensiute shower or bath . Over all its a must have villa for the family or for friends its more a boutique villa then just a villa from our experience holidaying in corfu over the years this is second to none.
