House worked great for our short trip to Saratoga. Parking was easy, the house had everything we needed (towels, etc) and we were able to walk to the main downtown strip easily.

Great spot. I was one of 5 adult guys who stayed after a day at the races. Convenient, clean, & easy. the house has character and is nicely furnished. Tommy was awesome. Super communicative and gave me great transportation and dining advice. Thank you!

Stay was excellent. This was a last minute booking after another host cancelled. Very grateful that this location was available and the host was able to accommodate us. Also the host is very close to downtown and other Saratoga attractions like SPAC.

Great location to the Saratoga Horse track. Safe neighborhood. Parking was easy. The upstairs rooms were small - beds against the walls made it so one person had to climb over the other to get out of bed. Mattress on the main floor was stained on one side - presumably from the window air conditioner. Kitchen was immaculate, even though we didn’t use it. The common area was nice and inviting.

A group of 8 of us stayed for the Belmont weekend. The house was in a great location which allowed us to walk to and from the track and to downtown in the evenings. The back patio was just big enough for all of us to grill and eat outside. There was plenty of space for all of us with a few of us sharing beds. Tommy was a great host and was extremely flexible and accommodating. He was responsive and always responded within 10 minutes of messaging him. The check in and check out process was seamless. I would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as described, the host Tommy was very quick to respond to any questions. It was very clean and our stay was wonderful. Only a short (10 min) walk to town. Highly recommend!
