Great property for a ski getaway. We had 12 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and fully stocked. Good location with easy access to everything! Will definitely stay again.
Place was great with an amazing view of the WP resort, just out of town a couple miles which we preferred. The beds were comfy and great, and the hot tub was perfect after doing runs all day. I'll stay here again for sure!
Nice open kitchen/dining/living and kitchen was well equipped. We had 3 families and house comfortably fit everyone - great location and great host - would love to come back!
We enjoyed our stay in this large and very clean home. Plenty of bedrooms and space. The home was well stocked with essentials to make for a great stay. Would love to stay again when in the area.
We had an absolutely perfect stay at this property for our group of 10 during our ski trip to Winter Park Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious - there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out, relax, and still gather comfortably as a group. The layout worked especially well for us, with generous common areas for hanging out after a long day on the mountain, while still offering privacy when needed. The home felt welcoming and comfortable, making it easy for our whole group to settle in right away. The location was another major highlight. Being just 10–15 minutes from the resort made getting to and from skiing quick and stress-free. We also appreciated having restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences just a short drive away. After full days of skiing, the hot tub was a favorite - it was the perfect way to unwind and soothe tired legs while enjoying the peaceful, quiet surroundings. The property truly offered the best of both worlds: close to everything, yet tranquil and relaxing. We would highly recommend this home to anyone planning a group trip to the area and would absolutely stay here again in the future.
This house has been family owned for over 20 years. We have loved spending time at the house and enjoy time outdoors in Colorado. Hiking and snow shoeing are our favorite activities in the Fraser area.
Why they chose this property
Our house is on a fair-sized lot with other houses nearby but completely separate. The neighborhood is a mix of people who live here full time and some who are here part time only. Close to amenities in Fraser.
What makes this property unique
The property is really quiet but very close to many activities.
