A unique and stylish designed home near Midtown with easy access to Raleigh's famous greenway trail system. A home doesn't have to be big to be beautiful! This home has been designed for cozy quaint vibes throughout. With the main living and kitchen areas located upstairs, this home is perfect for smaller groups looking to maximize their environment while staying in Raleigh's hottest zip code. I lived in this home for 12 years and frequently enjoyed the many activities central to this location. Fine amentities and furnishings make this an extra ordinary stay. Tempur-Pedic, All-Clad, West Elm, Hotel & Home HVAC diffusion system provides amazing scented environments. It's not a large home, but it's in a great location and it's been maximized for comfort!

Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the trash
Lock the doors and return the keys
No need to collect any linens, we will do that. Just please collect any trash and throw away in the dark green bin on the back porch area. :)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking is allowed on the street only in front of the property side, or in the driveway.
There is no access to the garage allowed or access to the downstairs back room, which is used as a hair color and extension bar on weekdays.
Makeup wipes are provided, linens used to remove makeup will have to be replaced, with a fee of $50

Great weekend getaway!

This space was perfect and exactly what my family and I needed for the weekend, on top of being dog-friendly. My main concern was the stairs since we have a small child and dogs, but they were already equipped with a retractable gate at the top. Living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and uncluttered. Beds were comfortable and overall the neighborhood was quiet with lots of nice trees everywhere and close to so many parts of Raleigh that we were wanting to visit. We had such a great trip, we recommend this spot 10/10 and will definitely be back again :) thank you!
