The condo was just as pictured online. Very clean and we loved staying at One Seagrove Place. Will definitely stay in this condo again. The kitchen could use some additional equipment but we managed. It was a great vacation!

Birthday getaway

We celebrated my 30th birthday on this trip. The room was so nice and we loved how clean the entire building was! No trash and they kept the floors spotless. Everyone was so friendly and it felt like a safe place. We are definitely going to be coming here. Thank you!

Beautiful view of gulf

Property was nice & clean but the unit was very small. We barely had enough room in bedrooms & baths but we appreciated the king size beds. I can only blame myself knowing the unit was around 850 sq ft but the bedrooms were extremely tight due to the oversized furniture. The kitchen could only handle 2 ppl comfortably; stainless steel cookware was difficult to clean. There were no clothes hangers & the guest bed didn't have a fitted sheet. Concierge did respond & provided what we needed. Unit washer/dryer was tight & difficult to transfer wet clothes to dryer. Pool area left a lot to be desired. We didn't realize there was a new public beach access next to the property so the beach was extremely crowded. It was challenging at times to leave the beach with our gear due to so many people. Best part of our stay was enjoying the patio overlooking the water. Due to the overcrowded beach, pool area and tight quarters, I don't think we will return to One Seagrove Place.

While the square footage is noted in the listing, we recognize that space can feel limited depending on guest needs, and we appreciate your perspective. Your comments about the kitchen cookware, lack of hangers, and missing fitted sheet have been noted, and we’re glad our concierge team was able to respond promptly to assist you. We’re sorry to hear the pool area and beach access didn’t meet your expectations. The new public access has indeed increased beach traffic, and we understand how that can impact the experience. We’ll continue to explore ways to improve guest comfort in light of these changes. Your feedback is incredibly valuable as we strive to enhance the guest experience. While we’re disappointed to hear you may not return, we sincerely hope you’ll reconsider and give us another opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable and comfortable stay in the future.
