The Space:

Cheerfully decorated and comfortably cool, this condo brings the views of the ocean straight to you. Enjoy it from your extra-long private balcony that's furnished for looking out on the waves over morning coffee. The full kitchen features full-size appliances, as well as a breakfast bar perfect for casual meals before heading down to the beach. The condo is completely oceanfront, so it won't be far to walk. The private washer/dryer set will ensure that your bathing suit is ready when you are. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for guest comfort, and room-darkening shades provide a peaceful sleep.



Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and outdoor shower during their stay.

2nd floor has a good view and is so easy to get to beach and pool using stairs. Condo has been totally updated and is great.

Great location

Wonderful condo with a great location. Short bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor and also easy to get to other locations (such as Rosemary or Blue Mountain). Condo is well maintained and backs up to the beach

This is a very well appointed unit. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchen supplies could be improved ie coffee maker, barware. It is on a lower floor so don't expect much of a view or privacy on the porch. Although it makes for easy access up and down stairs and not having to wait on elevators.

Beautiful location!

We had a wonderful time at One Seagrove Place! The beach was beautiful, and the water was crystal clear. The condo has everything we needed. We loved staying on the second floor...still had great views, but didn't need to wait for elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and beach access

We loved our stay at One Seagrove Place. The condo was well appointed and the location to the beach was perfect for our family with small children. We were disappointed to find out (without prior notice) that the complimentary beach chair service was no longer offered for the time of our stay and no concessions were made to accommodate us, even though we specifically booked this location because of that feature. It was an unexpected added expense to our trip. Overall, we had a fantastic trip.

Long Weekend

Property is tastefully decorated, but MUCH smaller than the photos make it appear. Our stay was pleasant, but I was disappointed that there is no handicap access down to the beach. Also, pool area and furnishings need a major update and replacement. Kitchen could have been better equipped, and king bed desperately needs a mattress topper. Pillows are in need of replacement, and shower door needs a good cleaning.

We were very happy with the condo. Its location in the condominium was very convenient for going to and from the beach. Our first day we had some difficulty getting our beach service. Our name was not on the beach attendant’s list, but the Vacasa agent I spoke with was able to correct the problem.

Nice condo

We liked the condo decor and proximity to the beach. A few issues. We needed an iron and it took almost two days to get one delivered after several attempts to get it. Hair in a bathroom sink, a piece of floss stuck on the wall and no sheets on the master bed when we arrived.

Sea grove beach

This location was great. Right Between seaside and the hub. Some plumbing issues, toilet runs constantly and bathroom tub didn’t drain. The biggest issue was huge roaches! Yikes. Hoping I didn’t bring them home with me. One more thing the beach service was horrible. The young men were extremely rude and using profanity openly when interacting with them. I tried to cut them some slack and was actually was going to tip them the next day but attitude continued to suck.

Beautiful views

Condo needs upgrades, very dated. Outdoor mentioned boogie board and surfboard available but was unable to find either. Asked through messages to Vacasa but no response. I loved the views and weather was great. The pool was lovely. We had it to ourselves a good 45 minutes on several visits. The beach is great if you get there at 0800. King bed very comfy. My son said twin bed was uncomfortable. Condo is nice overall but is dated. Clean upon arrival. The guest bathroom’s toilet didn’t flush right. Was annoying, the master bedroom’s bathroom had strobing light issue in the shower area. It stopped after a bit but I didn’t like it. Kitchen is well equipped to cook and enjoy dining at condo. Overall, was good. The location makes it beautiful, enjoying the view. We stayed in 206.
