Starting February 1, 2025, Manhattan Beach will enforce its new Oversized Vehicle Permit Program. If your vehicle exceeds any one of the following dimensions (including attachments), a permit is required for street parking:

The main entrance leads to the second floor, where you’ll find the bedrooms and shared bathroom. The master bathroom is available for use, though the master bedroom is off-limits. The garage entrance provides access to the first floor with a private gym, laundry room, and stairs to upper levels.
Third Floor:
Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with hammock chairs and breathtaking ocean views. A half bathroom completes this level.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home except for the master bedroom, ensuring privacy and convenience.
