Guest Access:

The entire home is yours during your stay — all three bedrooms, all living areas, the rooftop deck, and the private sauna and cold plunge.

You'll receive clear check-in instructions ahead of your arrival once all pre-arrival steps are completed. Please note that certain areas may be secured for owner or operational use if applicable.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits in the North End of Manhattan Beach — one of the most peaceful and residential stretches of the entire city, and a favorite among locals who know what they're doing.

The Strand is at the end of your block. Walk it north toward El Porto, or south toward the pier and downtown. The beach access puts you directly on the sand in under a minute. For a cold beer and a laid-back afternoon after the beach, Shellback Tavern is a classic South Bay spot beloved by locals and visitors alike. When you want more — dinner, shopping, or the full downtown Manhattan Beach experience — it's a short drive or a beautiful walk down The Strand.

All guests complete a check-in form before arrival. Your access details will be provided once verification is complete.

For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is required.



Noise Monitoring

The home is equipped with a noise monitoring device to help maintain a peaceful environment for the neighborhood. It does not record conversations.



Arrival & Departure

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.



No Commercial Filming or Professional Content Creation

This property is for residential lodging purposes only. Commercial filming, professional photography, promotional shoots, influencer/brand content, music videos, or organized content production are not permitted without prior written approval from the Host.



Professional cameras used as part of an organized shoot, ring lights, studio lighting, tripods, backdrops, production equipment, crew members, models, talent, or similar production setups require advance written permission from the Host.



Casual personal photos and videos taken by registered guests are permitted.



No unregistered guests or visitors. Only guests included on the reservation may enter or use the property unless approved in writing by the Host.



No unauthorized or undeclared pets. All pets must be properly disclosed and approved in accordance with the listing's pet policy and Airbnb requirements. Applicable service-animal rules will be honored.



Do not tamper with property equipment. Guests may not disconnect, disable, unplug, cover, move, or otherwise interfere with Wi-Fi/network equipment, permitted exterior security devices, smart-home devices, or other property systems.



Guests and visitors must respect our neighbors at all times. No excessive noise, disruptive activity, excessive vehicle traffic, blocked driveways, or other neighborhood disturbances.



Violations may be reported and handled in accordance with policies and applicable law.
