Joe and Lisa local owners and property managers.. We live less than 15 minutes from any property we manage. It is our goal to be available to our guests at all times. We know that accidents happen, things get broken, we're just a phone call away. If the toaster isn't working just give us a call and we'll bring you another one, can't get into property, no worries we have back up keys to assist you to get in seamlessly. You will never speak to a customer service rep when you stay at one of J & L Beach Venture properties. Customer service is a big concern for us in addition to cleanliness.
