Bring your boat or jetski! 4 bedroom Waterfront home with dock and swimming pool. Sleeps 12. Just steps to the beach. Completely renovated. Pet friendly too. The perfect place for a family vacation. Large kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, large flat screen tv's, spacious rooms, two porches, and large covered outdoor lounging area. Fully stocked kitchen, linens are provided. We rent Saturday to Saturday in our houses. Plenty of parking. Room for 8 cars and a golf cart. Boat launch is just 2 streets over and the dock is available for your boat or jetski. Two bedrooms have a king size bed, one has two queen size beds and the other has two full size beds. Large living area. Wifi internet, and tv's in every room.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our week at this property. Loved being able to bring the pups and the fenced in yard. Can’t wait to rent this property again, hopefully in the summer to enjoy the pool. We loved the dock access and quick walk to the beach.

Upon arrival at Aboat Time we were nervous about what we saw. The front screened in area had some torn screens, the flooring had some missing areas between slats, and several areas needed an update. However it was very clean. Despite our first impression, this rental was exactly what we needed! The breeze blew through the underneath of the house making it a perfect reprieve from the afternoon sun. The shallow pool (3-3&1/2 ft) was perfect for the kids in our group to play (1 & 1/2, 5, and 11 years old) and the adults to dip. The floating dock was perfect to be able to take the boat for the day to the point or go out fishing as desired on the boat or from the dock. The beach was a quick walk straight down the road and the access was near only houses so the beach seemed less crowded in that area. There was plenty of parking for our group and the golf cart we rented, as well as parking the small boat trailer. Mattresses were very comfy and communication was fantastic. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate renting again!

Can’t beat the location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Pool was great. And best of all, it’s totally pet friendly.

Great Family Rental

This house is so close to the beach and has a wonderful outdoor space for relaxing. It's nice to be able to come back from the beach and cool off in the pool. Morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the canal was a must each day. Its great for a family vacation.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Wonderful property. Quiet, clean, and very relaxing atmosphere. Kids and adults loved the pool and the extremly short walk to the beach-- you are literally walking straight up to the beach access with in 2 min. House was very clean and we had enough towels,linen, kitchen accessories. Fenced in yard extremly clean for a pet friendly place! Loved the covered parking also! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great property!

Brad was super nice and responsive. The house was perfect, clean, a great size, and loved the outside. Amazing location with a short 4 minute walk to the beach!! Overall we loved this property and would stay again.

Family Vacation

Very Happy

Property was clean and perfect for a getaway vacation. Just 1.5 blocks to the beach. Fenced in back yard, perfect for the dog. Owner was very helpful. Would stay there again.

Great location!

House is a very quick/easy walk to quieter part of beach. Home as described and easily accommodated our family with teenagers and grandparents. Brad was prompt and friendly in his communication. We would stay in this home again.

Nice to be on the channel; very tranquil at this time of year. Equally enjoyable for pets and humans. Ocean is a block away. New BBQ was an added bonus! Whole package

Summer vacation 2024

We absolutely loved this place. The location is awesome!!!!!! A short walk to the beach, a private pool in the back and a dock you can fish off. There is ample parking which is something that it's difficult to find at the beach. And is also pet friendly. The owner Brad was wonderful about responding to any messages I sent. Communication was superb.

family vacation

The property was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. And of course the dog! The fenced in yard was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach with only a few stairs. A little bit of a drive to get to the shops and restaurants, but sometimes it's nice to be off of the beaten path!

Family time

Brad the owner was very receptive to the problem we had with the BBQ. He replaced it the next day with a brand new one! 👍😊 Beach is exactly as advertised, unit is well equipped and I requested that the pool be left open and it was, 😎. Plenty of parking. Spacious rooms too!

Rules

This house was a great distance to the beach. The pool is much smaller than the pictures and the house needed a good deep cleaning. However, being on the canal for fishing and kayaking was awesome. It was also nice to be so close to the beach. The owner was very responsive to any requests.
