"Elegant français Genre Appartement 'au coeur d'Antibes, prÚs de la plage

Premier étage appartement de charme, qui a toutes les commodités que vous cherchez: cuisine entiÚrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, cuisiniÚre / four avec hotte, réfrigérateur avec congélateur, micro-ondes, grille-pain, mixeur), laveuse et sécheuse, télévision par satellite dans deux chambres, Internet sans fil, stéréo, lecteur DVD portable incl. DVD, terrasse y compris salle à manger et salon couverts.
La chambre à coucher et la chambre d'hÎtes disposent d'un lit double. Un canapé-lit (double taille du lit) est disponible dans le salon. Toutes les chambres se ouvrent par des portes françaises sur un balcon de Juliette! La salle de bain dispose d'une douche ainsi que d'une baignoire, deux lavabos et un placard serviette / stockage. Draps et serviettes sont fournis. Chauffage et climatisation dans tout l'appartement vous réconforter en toute saison.
À compter du 1er Janvier 2011, nous offrons un espace de stationnement de garage sĂ©curisĂ©, Ă  3 minutes de l'appartement (inclus dans le prix de location).

Les enfants sont les bienvenus dans notre appartement. Nous fournissons un bébé-lit pliable, draps et la literie, chaise haute, jouets pour la plage, etc.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location cannot be beat. We spent 11 days here getting to know Antibes and it was a perfect base. Old town Antibes and the surrounding beaches are an easy walk, and the apartment was well equipped for a most comfortable stay! Antibes apartment

The apartment was immaculate and well stocked with everything one could possibly want or need. Check in was a breeze. The location was just adjacent to Old Antibes and was within easy walking distance of all points of interest, restaurants and the waterfront. I’d reccomend this place to anyone contemplating a stay in the area.

Wonderful stay in Antibes.

Wonderful time in a very comfortable and well equipped, delightful apartment. Well situated close to the main square with numerous bus stops close by and within easy walking distance of the train station. Great interaction with the local host Jenni. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Delightful apartment in centre of Antibes

Beautiful spacious well-equipped apartment very close to shops and restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk from the sea, the station, and the old town.We stayed in December and loved it so much that we rebooked it for next year as soon as we got home.

One of the best equipped accommodations we have ever stayed in. Great French feel. Well located for old city and walking distance to everything we wanted. Such lovely, helpful hosts. Very clean and comfortable. Our car was too big for the included car spot so we paid to use the nearby parking station and it was very convenient to the apartment. There was more noise than expected due to the bus stop located outside the apartment building but we are not used to city sounds and I can see how the bus would be very convenient for guests without a car.We were there during a heatwave and the air conditioning was wonderful.

A gem

My grand daughter and I , we have spent 15 day in this Antibes apartment. With a great location ( minutes away from shopping, train station and buses) this apartment is nice, warm, well kept and has all necessities to make any stay pleasant. Clean with good beds, this apartment is very nicely decorated. I want to thank our hostess for making our stay very pleasant! It is a gem!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, lovely apartment with lots of room. Nice kitchen with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, dishes. It was especially nice that the property manager Jenni kept in constant contact with us when we arrived in Antibes, met us at the apartment, and showed us how to operate the washer, dryer, dish washer, and internet, and again met us at the apartment for check out. Antibes is a beautiful town. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the train station for those who want to explore other towns along the Cîte d’Azur, like Nice, Cannes, Menton, Grasse. There are a couple of nice beaches nearby, and there is a bus stop five minutes from the apartment for the bus to Juan Les Pins, which has a long stretch of public beach. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Amazing Antibes Stay

Amazing apartment in a great location to access both Antibes Old Town and local beaches. The apartment is truly a home from home with EVERYTHING you could need. The place is all bigger than pictures appear. It has 2 good sized double rooms, large bathroom and separate WC. Highly recommend!

Repeat Stay

This is my third time staying in Waltraud's apartment and I could not be happier. It is remarkably well and thoughtfully equipped down to the little details and in plentiful supply. I like the location a lot with everything you need a block away and the beach a ten minute walk. I plan I staying here on future visits to Antibes.

Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay! This has been one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced. The apartment is so thoughtfully set up for travellers—we appreciated every detail, from the little sewing kit (which I actually used!) to the well-stocked cupboards filled with a great selection of coffees and teas.The welcome basket of chocolates and chips on the beautiful wooden table was such a kind touch, and the chilled bottle of rosĂ© waiting in the fridge made our arrival feel extra special.The decor is warm, stylish, and comfortable, with a beautiful library of books to enjoy and a lovely terrace that made our time here even more relaxing.We’ve had a wonderful week and will carry very fond memories of our stay in Antibes. Wonderful apartment!

Mrs. Schumacher has fitted out this apartment with everything anyone might need including 3 different ways to make your morning coffee. The apartment was also beauty and it was a joy to just be there.

Wonderful apartment in Antibes

We have stayed here several times in the past and once again were not dissapointed. A bakery very close by for morning croisants, aMonoprix across the street for groceries and just about anything else. and shortwalk from the market and beaches.
