About this property

'Elegant French Style Apartment' in the heart of Antibes, close to the beach

First floor charming apartment, which has all the amenities you are looking for: fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, stove/oven with hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender), , washer and dryer, TV in one room, wireless internet, stereo, covered terrace including dining and lounge area.
The bedroom and the guest room come with a double bed. A sleep couch (double bed size) is available in the living room. All rooms open up through French doors to Juliet balconies! The bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub, one large vanity ( can be used by two persons at the same time) and a towel/storage closet. linens and towels are provided. Heating and air-conditioning throughout the apartment will comfort you in any season.
Starting January 1, 2011 we offer a secured garage parking space, 5-8 minutes away from the apartment (Parking is not included in the rental price. We offer parking for free to our guests during their stay.)


Children are very welcome in our apartment. We provide a foldable baby-bed, linens and bedding, toys for the beach etc.

Special Offer: Big savings for the month of November 2024 (only full month), we offer you a discount of 50 % of the monthly rental price.

From December 2024 through March 2025 we offer our guests a discount of 30 % of the rental price (end-cleaning, fees from Vrbo not included) for monthly bookings (28 days and more).

Antibes apartment

The apartment was immaculate and well stocked with everything one could possibly want or need. Check in was a breeze. The location was just adjacent to Old Antibes and was within easy walking distance of all points of interest, restaurants and the waterfront. I’d reccomend this place to anyone contemplating a stay in the area.

Wonderful time in a very comfortable and well equipped, delightful apartment. Well situated close to the main square with numerous bus stops close by and within easy walking distance of the train station. Great interaction with the local host Jenni. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Delightful apartment in centre of Antibes

Beautiful spacious well-equipped apartment very close to shops and restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk from the sea, the station, and the old town.We stayed in December and loved it so much that we rebooked it for next year as soon as we got home.

My grand daughter and I , we have spent 15 day in this Antibes apartment. With a great location ( minutes away from shopping, train station and buses) this apartment is nice, warm, well kept and has all necessities to make any stay pleasant. Clean with good beds, this apartment is very nicely decorated. I want to thank our hostess for making our stay very pleasant! It is a gem!

Amazing Antibes Stay

Amazing apartment in a great location to access both Antibes Old Town and local beaches. The apartment is truly a home from home with EVERYTHING you could need. The place is all bigger than pictures appear. It has 2 good sized double rooms, large bathroom and separate WC. Highly recommend!

One of the best equipped accommodations we have ever stayed in. Great French feel. Well located for old city and walking distance to everything we wanted. Such lovely, helpful hosts. Very clean and comfortable. Our car was too big for the included car spot so we paid to use the nearby parking station and it was very convenient to the apartment. There was more noise than expected due to the bus stop located outside the apartment building but we are not used to city sounds and I can see how the bus would be very convenient for guests without a car.We were there during a heatwave and the air conditioning was wonderful.

Wonderful apartment!

Mrs. Schumacher has fitted out this apartment with everything anyone might need including 3 different ways to make your morning coffee. The apartment was also beauty and it was a joy to just be there.
