Cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we loved the layout of the place and the view from the balcony we could tell the room wasn't cleaned very well from previous guests as we found a dirty sock, boogie board,mold in bathtub and the blinds in 2nd room were on the floor. Overall it was a good stay but definitely needs cleaned better.

Good location for price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was prime; it was nice they had carts you could bring your groceries in with. Overall cleanliness was good. We had a toddler with us- and there’s a lot of wires taped down, etc. Could use a good coat of paint. There were not a lot of dishes to choose from; no salt and pepper. Again- if you’re looking for a great location for a great price- this is your place. They have a spot when you walk to beach people place sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas you can use and return at end of day—- that’s a nice feature since we flew down.

Clean and convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and exactly like the photos. The condo was convenient to the beach and all amenities. Just a heads up that we couldn’t get the balcony sliding glass door to lock, which wasn’t an issue for us but may be for families with young children. The volleyball, spa, and pool were undergoing renovation, but we utilized other pool areas in the resort. We only had to wait over 20 mins once to catch an elevator going down that wasn’t already full. We actually decided to finally go up then come back down. During the rest of the stay we could quickly get on the elevator. We loved the convenience to Walmart Marketplace and Duck Donuts! Overall it was a great stay.

Great room my only caveat is that there is minimal air flow going to the bedrooms so I would advise adjusting the room vents to allow more air to rooms for cold sleepers. But all in all the accommodations and room were excellent. The view was great.
