Great house for our group that came for the University of Cincinnati football game. Easy to get to campus and downtown. Beds and pillows were very comfortable in all the rooms.

Upon arrival everything looked great, clean linens, clean bathrooms, clean surfaces. Unfortunately a couple of the dishes we went to use were already dirty but still put away in the cabinet. Aside from that the stay was great and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly!

It was very enjoyable, with many activities within walking distance. However, the area is quite hilly, so I recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes. I wasn’t aware of how many hills Cincinnati has until I started walking.

There are empty lots on both sides of the property on a residential street. Neighbor’s two caged dogs barked off and on, otherwise a quiet street. The front steps are not good especially for seniors with luggage, heels or if wet. The handrails are a safety hazard, nails exposed on broken pieces of it. The first floor is nice, an excellent kitchen. The beds are comfy. Only one TV, in the living room. Struggled 2 days with the shower in upstairs smaller bedroom. Needs posted instructions. Very clean inside, host was quick to respond to questions.

We stayed at this property with a group of 10 and overall had a great experience. The home had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, and was very convenient to DT. Not to mention a great kitchen to prepare meals and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. There were a few minor issues during our stay. The kitchen flooring could use some improvement, the steps leading up to the property felt a bit dicey due to steepness and some details like dead plants in the windows, drawers containing old mail and just minimal wear and tear took away from the overall presentation. Some guests may also be concerned about the surrounding area, but coming from Cincinnati, it did not bother us personally — just something to keep in mind for out of towners.Overall, the property worked very well for our group size, and we would stay here again if we needed a place for a larger group.

Great stay

We came to visit the Ark and Creation Museum. It was a good location to get those places as well as just 20 min to the airport to pick people up. This was a lovely house with cute touches- like little silk flowers in the kitchen and bedrooms. The long main floor with open concept was great for hosting a large group of people. Upstairs bedrooms were spacious and the home was clean. Being a 3-story house makes it hard to regulate airflow, so upstairs was warm and basement was cold. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy when you drive in, but we had no issues while we were there. Our family had a wonderful stay.

Sorority 20 Year Meet Up- Regionals

Very nice property- love the kitchen and baths totally updated! Bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom! Minor maintenance issues needed- could use some updated livingroom furniture…Lastly, our code malfunctioned at night and luckily they have 24 hour customer service line! Also need to give access to garage…..the front steps are grate hole steel steps and you cannot wear heels - bring flats for sure!

Would stay here again

This was our first visit to Cincinnati, coming from a rural northern Ohio area. We arrived late at night, the neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but it turned out to be a nice location. Short drives to downtown, to University of Cincinnati, to the zoo, and To Riverbend Music Center (leave early for this one as traffic to get there gets backed up). The house was exactly as pictured and described. We loved the open layout on three floors. Two driveway parking spaces, there is on street parking, on a first come basis. We did not have a problem finding a space on the street. You walk up stairs to the entrance, which opens to a living room dining room and kitchen area, upstairs there are two large bedrooms with their own bathrooms and laundry. Ground floor has one bathroom and its own bathroom. Loved the layout. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. Thank you for making our first trip to Cincinnati a great one!

Nice house

Descent house. Nice space to gather in living room/dining/kitchen. House was very clean. Good use of bedrooms with one having 2 queen beds and one having 2 double beds and both bedrooms have there own on suite bathrooms. The bedroom with the king bed is located on the basement floor, although it is partially exposed and does have a full bathroom right next to the bedroom. But if you have younger kids, might now feel comfortable having the adults sleeping in the basement and kids 2 floors up. Check-in process was simple, no issues with that. We did have to reach out to the owner when we first arrived to make them aware of the handrail leading to the upstairs being poorly secured to the wall and almost falling off. They responded right away and said it would be looked at after we checked out. The biggest issue we had, was that the neighborhood wasn't the best. We did not allow our kids to be outside the house unless we were with them, and we have two teenagers, because it doesn't feel very safe. Location was good. Very close to the zoo and downtown. We didn't spend much time in Cincinnati. We visited the ark encounter and the creation museum, both not to far of drives.
