This New Construction beach getaway is nestled in the newly developed neighborhood of Summer Salt. The home is 2634 sq ft featuring 4BR/4BA - 3 kings rooms, 1 full/full bunk room, and an upstairs flex space equipped with a trundle bed. Sleeps 12.

Beach Please offers 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, large kitchen/living room and a spacious flex space equipped with trundle bed. There are Smart TVs in all 4 bedrooms as well as the downstairs living room & upstairs flex space. There are 4 parking spaces designated to the home.
The subdivision amenities include a zero-entry pool, putting green, pavilion and fire pit. Beach Please is within .5 miles of a public beach access and within walking distance to several dining options and mini golf course. Located in Orange Beach between Gulf Shores and the Perdido Pass, this property is ideal for travel ball families as well as a beach weekend getaway!

Door code will be provided prior to check-in.
4 designated parking spots directly in front of the house.
Other things to note
- Free wifi
- We do not allow any pets
- Must be 25 years or older to book
- Guests will be required to complete a verification process and will have the option to pay a refundable deposit or non refundable damage waiver prior to checking in.
- We will ask you to start the dishwasher and remove all trash from the unit. you prefer not to, let us know and we can offer you the premium cleaning rate that does not involve a few quick check out instructions. We like to save you money
- There are 5 dedicated parking spots in the front of the house. The side of house has 3 additional spots dedicated to guests
- There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.
- Late check out with not be possible. Please book one more night if you need a late check out
- The community still has homes under construction. Although the community is relatively quiet, you may hear a truck from time to time. Please let me know if there are any issues.
