The home has 3 stories. 1st floor: 2 car garage, foyer, bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom with a bathtub, and backyard. 2nd floor: Master bedroom with King size bed, master bathroom and large closet. Second bedroom with bunker beds accommodate up to 4 persons and a single bed with full bathroom.The maximum allowed guests is 8 persons. Washer and Dryer. 3rd floor: Kitchen, living room, and dining room. The elevator will take you from the first to second to third floor. Owner does not allow any parties of any sorts. No weddings, birthday parties, wine or food tasting.

We had a wonderful stay in Houston and will definitely consider this property first on future visits. This location is excellent, with easy access to great restaurants and activities. It is also convenient for anyone traveling to the medical center, as it is just minutes away.Parking was a big plus, with both covered and driveway options available onsite. Communication with host was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Maddie was especially helpful and accommodating when weather impacted our travel plans.Highly recommend!

What a great property! For our needs, we were able to accommodate all of our family of 5 very comfortably. We were in town to attend the World Baseball Classic and the Houston Rodeo, both of which were within 10 to 15 minute drive, which was a perfect location for us. The owner was easily available and communication was great as well. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to Houston.

Maddie (host) is a great guy, lives across the street and was very welcoming and responsive. We stayed at this great, unique home for nearly 2 months, as I received cancer treatment at MD Anderson (no worries, all good now). We found the place comfortable, well equipped, and extremely well managed. Would not hesitate to stay there again, hopefully on different circumstances.

Great townhouse

This townhouse is in great shape, and was perfect for our extended family to attend a wedding in Houston. The host was very responsive and accommodating and the location was very good. Very spacious and well-equipped, and nicely decorated too. Highly recommended.

The home also has an elevator and most of the home is hardwood floors which gives it a sense of elegance. The location is amazing, close to all the restaurants, bars, and museums.

Most of the furniture in this home was purchased from Cantoni. The house has views from everywhere. The arquitecture of the house with open ceilings, gives you the impression that you are in art gallery. everything is few minutes away. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants.
