Ce situé au centre de 3000 pieds carrés. Penthouse vient d'être rénové en 2016. Il a certaines des vues les plus incroyables de la ville depuis son salon spacieux ainsi que de ses 4 terrasses. Il dispose de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains et une cuisine complète avec micro-ondes et cappuccino. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Absolutely stunning apartment, the views are spectacular! We were wonderfully taken care of by Bajram and Nina. Everything is close and walkable, the location is very central but also on the quiet side of the river which is very nice and serene. Thank you for an incredible 4 nights in Florence.

This is a great place with an awesome view of Firenze. My favorite was making breakfast early and carrying it up to the top terrace so I could eat and sip freshly brewed Italian coffee while watching the sun rise over the city. The local grocery store is just down the hill. We had a family of 8 including a baby (which the host set up a crib for) and her great grandma, so the four bedroom / four bathroom configuration was perfect. My only advice is to be ready to haul your luggage up the stairs to the top floor to get that wonderful view, and be ready to climb the hill up from the Arno every day after your luxurious late Italian dinner.We did cook one dinner in the well equipped kitchen but mostly used it for breakfast and snacks. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were very handy.

We had a wonderful visit in Rome and loved staying at this apartment. The location is perfect for walking to many landmark sites. We ate at several of the restaurants in the neighborhood and enjoyed them all.

The view was amazing! Nina was very helpful during check in and with restaurant suggestions. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we loved all the outdoor space.

The most amazing view of Florence from the rooftop terrace! The apartment was spacious (4 couples), very clean, was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very close to the Ponte Vecchio, lots of great sights, shopping and restaurants!Check in was simple, Nina met us and explained everything, even checked on us during our stay.I would absolutely stay here again!One note, the building does not have an elevator.

Three days of hanging out in Florence with my friends and the apartment was really great. The host was fantastic and offered some good tips on restaurants etc. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was everything we hoped it would be. We did early morning coffee and late evening sips of wine on the deck enjoying an incredible view of all of Florence. The location to the iconic sights of Florence are easily reached by walking.

We loved the fantastic view of Firenze from the top patio. It was really special. That view comes with a cost (ie: climbing uphill and then 56 steps up to the 4th floor). But we quickly got used to it and considered it as the exercise we needed to work off some of the great food that we ate. This apartment is so close to all major downtown attractions and great restaurants. We would stay here again if we make it back to Firenze.
