Absolutely enjoyed our stay ! A definite perk was a kitchen that had all of the basics to help cook meals when everywhere in town had a crazy wait time. Was definitely impressed when we wanted to grill out and the propane tank needed to be switched out since it was empty, called the property manager and it was switched out within an hour so we could enjoy the weather and grill out for dinner !

Thanksgiving Getaway

Location was great; felt like we were in the woods, but civilization was 5 minutes away. Very cozy and quiet. Neighborhood felt safe. Enjoyed coming back and relaxing after riding around and enjoying the area. We would definitely recommend it. Suggestion: Maybe exchange the foosball table for a small pool table 🙂

Wouldn’t book again..

I avoid the motel feeling but this was like staying at a motel. I should’ve known when I started receiving emails from a company not actual owners. The cheapest toilet paper, paper towels, shower curtains/liners. Motel feel, not hotel. No hangers in the closet, you’re supposed to bring them with you? Buy new? Also, even the most common thing possible… salt and pepper. They supply the shakers but not the salt, not the pepper. Don’t recommend, unless you want to buy everything for a “vacation”. Very disappointing stay.

Perfect cabin experience

Great little vacation spot. Right off the highway and in a quiet area. No view of mountains from cabin. Beds and couches are comfortable. Hot water gets hot quickly. Hot tub was great. Great stay!

Stay at the Mariettas xream

Everything was good except some little minor issues like the fridge door handle breaking off and a few cob webs in the ceiling. The downstairs shower pointed towards the wall and couldn't move it so it wasn't really use able hut we used the upstairs one so it wasn't a big issue. Could have used an elevator haha. Walking our luggage up 2 flights was rough but overall it was a good experience.

Marietta's Dream stay JEEP week

PROs - First our contact person Taylor was very helpful in everything we needed. Cabin was very nice and well stocked with all we required. Cabin was clean. Close to many places to eat at and grocery stores. Taylor allowed us access to park around back to load and unload this was great since I am a71 year old disabled veteran with heart problems. CONS - Hot Tub canopy cover needs repair. Patio umbrella needs to be replaced it was broken in half I believe a Bear was involve since we had one there on the table. "( Contacted Taylor and was told that one could be sent over that day we told Taylor that we didn't need it. We found the Dryer vent cover and screen were broken the very day we were going to use it. Taylor put in a work order for the Dryer but it didn't get fixed until the evening before we were leaving. STEPS, STEPS a lot of them. If you are not physical able to carry all your stuff up many steps then stay away from Marietta's Dream. HOA dose not allow full time parking around back which makes it a 20 foot walk to the back door. Front door would not open with entry code due to door frame being warped. With Taylor's help we finally got in the back door 50 minutes later. I know steps were mentioned in description. (my fault). I would not recommend this cabin to people with small children.

Absolutely loved this cabin! Nobody bothered us , my husband and 2 kiddos all had a blast here .. they even left us a yummy bottle of wine , we were so relaxed the whole time! Will always come back to this one for sure! So easy to book as well! ❤️

Spring Break

The cabin was centrally located to the things we were there for; Dollywood, UT Knox campus tour, zipline, hiking and restaurants. The cabin was as described with plenty of room for a family of four with two teenagers and a dog. Bedding, towels, and bathrooms and general surfaces were clean upon arrival. However, several of the plates and dishes were put away with quite a bit of food on them, yuck. When I opened the dishwasher it looked like the previous person ran it but the provided powder did not disperse. I then washed all of the found dirty dishes with my own pod from home and placed it in the bottom of the washer. The dishes were clean following, however the previous powder was still in the compartment. I recommend bringing your own pods from home and not using the provided compartment for detergent. The dishwasher is old and on its last leg. Also, the living room lighting (ceiling fan) was practically nonexistent with just one bulb that blew halfway through our stay. All in all, I would recommend and stay here again. The hot tub out back was also a nice bonus after long days of walking/hiking.

Great little cabin!

I was in the middle of my grad school intensives and found out I needed to find a book a cabin (pretty last minute) for my daughter's nationals dance competition at the convention center (just about a mile up the road) and this little cabin was in the perfect location. It is super cute and quaint and we all loved staying there (two dance moms, two dance kids and and a grandma). Thank you so much for having us!!

Nice get away.

Everything advertized was there/available. Close to plenty attractions and grocery stores for convenience. The lighting was a little too dim for us, but all and all it was beautiful and a comfortable stay.

low lighting at night inside the home, no dish liquid, dryer did not work, tv was messed up in one of the rooms, no hose to fill up hot tub but overall 4/5 rating because it was clean and in a nice spot close to pigeon forge and other areas

Good stay

My family and I enjoyed the stay. The only issue I had was the pet odor. We do not have pets and I missed that part in the listings that they were allowed. The living room furniture smelled like dog so I didn’t sit on it and the carpet in the master suite had a little urine odor from I’m guessing a pet. Otherwise, enough space for us all and they enjoyed the hot tub, jacuzzi and game area.

Nice, clean, convenient

Cabin was very nice, clean, just as listed. Jacuzzi was great. Within 20 minutes of Pigeon Forge and 40 minutes of the Smokies. Very convenient location for grabbing groceries and other necessities. Would have been more convenient to be able to use the back entrance for loading/unloading rather than all the steps. The neighborhood was nice for morning walks. Would definitely recommend.

Family Fun Vacation

My fam and I stayed 8 days at this fantastic cabin… I was invited to come visit my brother and sis in law that are in Sevierville (sp) for 6 months… I brought my family of 7 for a visit and some fun…. The cabin was a great location, it had all the amenities we needed, the management team was awesome and we were close to all the local attractions and fun….. we contacted the management team a couple times and they were very responsive. I received an hour and half down the road I left a personal item there and we were able to have my brother retrieve it with no issues. I will 100% be back and would recommend to family and friends for sure… we have a blast and felt at home while doing it.
