When I reserved this cabin they said that they were dog friendly they had wi-Fi in a mountain setting. Everything I was looking for but after I paid in full I found out that the dogs had to be under 30 lb did the wife I was not guaranteed and if I wanted Wi-Fi I need you to bring my own hotspot and when I arrived on the property I found that there was a bunch of cabins crammed in with each other and it wasn't really a mountain setting either the property was clean the heat did not work in the game room and there was no privacy had to drive down to the entrance sign to be able to get mobile data on my phone and the Wi-Fi was non-existent but all in all I did enjoy myself down there I just wanted to be able to enjoy myself more in the cabin that I paid out for I cannot get a refund because I reserved it less than 30 days before my trip so I had to leave my dogs at home when they should have been able to come with me because they were more than 30 lbs and I had 2 so if you don't plan on staying in the cabin most of your time there and you want to spend a lot more money than you have planned on and have no privacy in the hot tub in the back then this would be the cabin for you when I called the property manager number nothing got resolved and a my opinion they were quite rude thank you for listening to my rant Jason from Cincinnati Ohio 10 24 2019 would not suggest this to anyone I know
Had a great adult getaway. The house was awesome and we have no complaints other than the 500 stairs you have to climb 😀.
Thank you for your feedback. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us.
We stayed in late August and had a fantastic time! The cabin is close to absolutely everything, with Gatlinburg just a few minutes away. It’s very close to the Sevierville entertainment area, yet felt secluded and quiet with a beautiful wooded setting.
The kitchen was well equipped, (but don’t forget to supply your own spices, etc) with ample pots, pans and cooking implements. The included cast iron pan was a nice touch for frying country ham for breakfast!
Both bedrooms were comfortable and included attached full bathrooms.
Air conditioning seemed new and functioned really well, keeping the entire cabin cool on 98 plus degree days.
The front porch may well have been my favorite spot when we weren’t exploring Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Anakeesta, and Gatlinburg. It’s in the tree tops and feels very much like a tree house. The supplied rocking chairs and porch swing were very nice. It was a good spot to relax with a cocktail.
The cabin is family friendly with a game room that included a football table that our boys couldn’t get enough of. There’s a hot tub and a gas grill on the back deck but we didn’t get around to using it.
All in all, you really can’t ask for better accommodations in the area. It’s about 35 minutes to the national park, and minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The owner is serious about hospitality and super responsive. There was one minor issue with a toilet running for an extended period of time. He had it fixed within hours while we were out enjoying area attractions. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine on the counter when we arrived. Highly recommend! Far superior to any hotel.
We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Marietta's Dream! Glad your boys were able to enjoy their downtime in the game room area as well. Again, thank you for your review and we look forward to hosting you on your next Smoky Mountain Adventure!
Cabin close to the strip

We had a very good stay.
We had a very good stay. The cabin was nicely furnished and included a game room . Both bedrooms having king size bed was a good feature for us. A bottle of wine left for us was a pleasant surprise. The location of the cabin was handy. We had a very nice time. We enjoyed the hot tub too. The only disappointment was the weak internet which made it impossible to watch netflix as well as browsing the internet. The bedroom upstairs had poor cooling, despite having an additional cooling unit installed. Overall we had a pleasant and enjoyable weekend during the stay. The location is very close to attractions and shopping centers.
Thank you for your review. We apologize for the issue. We have in our information that we send out the the wifi in the area is unreliable and if it is important to have we recommend bringing a secondary source. We want our guests to be happy. Come back and see us.
We stayed in Marietta's Dream and had a wonderful time! Great location, beautiful cabin, all the accommodations we needed and pet friendly.
Thank you for your review. We are so ecstatic that you had a great time and loved the accommodations. We love to hear that our guests are happy. Please come back and see us.
