Experience luxury living in this waterfront 3-bedroom condo. Located on the 2nd floor, it features a wrap-around balcony with stunning marina and river views. The main bedroom has a private balcony and ensuite bath with a tub and walk-in shower. Two guest rooms share a full bath and one doubles as a den with a pull-out sofa bed. Enjoy access to a riverfront pool, snack bar, and fitness center. A short walk to a waterfront restaurant and downtown Stuart's attractions. Pets are allowed with a fee, and a background check is required for all occupants. One assigned parking space is provided.
