Coastal Comfort, 2BR Hutchinson Island Getaway by the Beach
You are steps away from the beautiful waters of the Atlantic Ocean, paradise views and two heated pools. Located on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Florida, this beach sanctuary is only a short drive to shopping, world-class restaurants and nightlife. Whether you’re working or traveling to the area, I am confident you’ll find the peace and relaxation only a picturesque Florida vacation home can provide.
Making a reservation is based on a first come, first served basis. Please review the entire description before requesting a reservation.
This condo is a two bedroom unit approximately 1,200 square feet. You will have complete access to the entire unit, which has relaxing and quiet water views of the pool and river side areas. You will enjoy sitting out on the screened in patio area with your coffee while you soak up the Florida lifestyle in the mornings.
The large master bedroom has a sizable vanity area and bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is plenty of closet space and a full-size dresser available for your use.
The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and serves as a great space for guests or kids. There is a large closet and plenty of space to put your belongings. The second bedroom is adjacent to a second full size bathroom with a stand up shower.
Both bedrooms have room darkening shades for those days when you want to sleep in.
All the comforts of home have their place here. Everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a full size washer and dryer and all the important amenities of home are all available for your stay including a smart TV with complimentary Cable, HBOMax and Showtime. All you need to do is show up and relax!
Guests have complete access to all areas of the property, except the docks. There is a heated pool centrally located on the property and another heated pool on the ocean side of the property that you have full access to.
There is a private beach available for your use as well. The beach is a quick five minute walk across the street. There is a lighted crosswalk available to conveniently stop any oncoming traffic while crossing the street. Although, traffic on the road is pretty low, even during the high season.
Upon booking, there is an application required by the condo association along with a separate lease that will need to be completed. Travelers will also need to provide a copy of their driver's license or passport.
While we love our furry friends, according to the rules set by the homeowner's association, those who are renting are not allowed to have pets on the premises.

In order to book this condo, the condo association requires that a rental application be completed along with a separate lease. You must also provide a copy of your driver’s license or passport. These items are to be provided in order to approve your stay. The application process takes about two weeks.
The condo association also requires a 30 day minimum rental stay. Because of this, WE HAVE TO ENFORCE A STRICT CANCELATION POLICY. We recommend that you consider adding travel insurance at the time of booking to avoid any penalties associated with a cancelation.
Lastly, it is important to remind you that pets are not allowed for those renting the unit.
These are rules set by the condo association and are pretty strictly enforced. The rest of the guidelines are pretty straight forward and are items we may discuss upon securing the unit for your stay.

However, on occasion, the Homeowner's Association, where this condo resides, will decide with little notice to engage in needed repairs and/or construction projects on the property during your stay. As of this writing, all construction projects have been completed. Upon checkout I kindly request that you strip the sheets and place them in a pile in the hallway along with any used towels.

Please place the kitchen trash and recycling in the respective dumpster downstairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Most of my time is spent writing music, drawing, painting or engaged in some kind of creative activity, which has proven to be a reliable form of therapy over the years. I couldn't live without music or good food and fancy myself a pretty diligent vegan cook.
Why they chose this property
I only have one listing on here, which is a condo that has been in my family since 1978. I cherished growing up here as a kid and have been working to make it a memorable stay for each of my VRBO guests. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
What makes this property unique
With two heated pools and a private beach, this property is ideal for family vacations. The property is very quiet and well lit at night. You have access to the entire condo, which is stocked with every amenity of home. The second bedroom has a queen size bed that is incredibly comfortable. In the early part of 2020, the condo was remodeled with a brand new floor throughout the entire condo, new furniture and amenities.
