Situado en un complejo de apartamentos bien cuidado con muchas comodidades, este 3 dormitorios casa de vacaciones tiene una cocina actualizada y una amplia zona de comedor con capacidad para 6. 1. Los 5 cuartos de baño se han actualizado también. El acogedor salón de montaña tiene un montón de asientos, con cómodos sofás, y una chimenea de leña. Disfrutar del amplio patio, donde podrá relajarse o barbacoa con la parrilla proporcionada. Hay HDTV con cable e Internet inalámbrico. Situado en la costa norte del Lago Tahoe, Lake Forest Glen condominios se encuentra en una hermosa pradera entre la carretera y el lago. Es un paseo fácil a Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach y muchos otros en las orillas del Lago Tahoe. Este desarrollo cuenta con dos piscinas, sauna, jacuzzi (para uso durante todo el año), canchas de tenis, pickleball y un área de juegos para niños. Cada unidad cuenta con dos plazas de aparcamiento reservadas y hay un montón de aparcamiento extra en dos sobre los estacionamientos de flujo situados convenientemente en la propiedad. The location of the property was great; walking distance to the beach and 5 min drive to the stores like Safeway and restaurants, and a pool and tennis court in the premises. The property was nice and clean. We visited last week and the weather was perfect. We had a good stay!

Perfectly peaceful

Great spot for our family of 4 to spend the week. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The cul de sac had room for the kids to play outside. It is walking distance to the lake, a bakery and park. A short drive from all the North Lake amenities and adventures. We will definitely be back.

Great place!

Had some trouble with them charging my card, but that was because my bank thought it was fraud at first. That was my banks fault and the property management completely helped me. 10/10 would rent again. My friends and I loved it! Had everything we needed. So clean :) we would love to rent again. Highly highly recommend!

Long weekend

The property was great. The community was great. The amenities in the condo were skimpy. There was only 1 wash rag, 3 bath towels, 2 pool towels. There wasn’t any spices. (Places we have previously stayed at always had spices.). We did have a great weekend

Nice place, as advertised.

The property was well appointed, clean and well located. There was no TV remote control and no instructions on how to open the flu in the fireplace. It was rainy and we had no TV for the kids to watch. When we called management, they were ineffective communicators and unhelpful. They actually hung up on us! However, they refunded some of the charges, so that made it better. It was a good stay.

Great, comfy place

We had a great stay here! The house was comfy, clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. Our only complaint was someone took the parking spot right in front of the house while we were out. We called just to let someone know and didn't receive a call back. Not a big deal but some sort of parking enforcement would be great. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

Wonderful condo. With comfy beds and nice sheets; stocked with plates, glasses, cups, pots/pans and everything a kitchen would need. Condo was spotless when we arrived. Easy self check in. We’ve been going to Lake Forest Glen, different condos, since kids were little, over 30 years ago. Not sure when this condo was remodeled but excellent job. Great location, seems on quieter side but that could just be when we were there. Communication great. Definitely would book again. Next year!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My three complaints are:1. some paper towels might be nice.2. Would have been nice to have a remote for the TV, no where to be found.3. Could have gone without seeing the mouse make himself at home running around the kitchen while we were sitting at the dining room table.Outside of that, I guess the price was fair. But you get what you pay for.

When we checked-in into this town house the house looked quite clean and cozy. But there was no warm water in the bathroom. The water was very cold, no way to take a shower in this extreme cold in late December. We have adjusted the water temperature on the heater. Then, it turned out that the refrigerator was leaking and the top shelves were completely filled with water. I was constantly wiping the shelves. The last straw was when I saw a mouse in the kitchen. It first ran one way under my feet, then the other. After that, my children and I could no longer stay in this house. So we took off 2 days before the check-out date. As I was told by property manager after I texted him, they having area wide mice issues. How come nobody informed us about that?

Being foodies, the kitchen was a bit tight for more than two people, but it was well stocked with the proper utensils and the gas stove was a bonus! The location is perfect--less than 5 mins from TC and a short walk to the Skylandia beach. The property manager O'Neal Assocs. was very accomodating and helpful. Everyting was great and we would highly recommend this place!
