Very Nice lac Clean Forest Glen Townhome à la fin de Cul-de-Sac

Situé dans un complexe de condominiums magnifiquement paysagé avec de nombreux équipements, cette chambre 3 Location de maison de vacances dispose d'une cuisine mise à jour et une grande salle à manger pour un maximum de 6. Les 1. 5 salles de bains ont été mis à jour. La montagne confortable salon a beaucoup de sièges, avec des canapés confortables et une cheminée à bois. Profitez de la terrasse spacieuse où vous pourrez vous détendre ou barbecue avec la grille fournie. Il y a HDTV avec câble et Internet sans fil. Situé sur la rive nord du lac Tahoe, Lake Forest Glen Condominiums sont situés dans une belle prairie entre la route et le lac. Il est une promenade facile à Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach et bien d'autres sur les rives du lac Tahoe. Ce développement comprend deux piscines, un sauna, un bain à remous (pour toute l’année), des courts de tennis, un pickleball et une aire de jeux pour enfants. Chaque unité dispose de deux places de stationnement réservées et il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement supplémentaires en deux sur les parcs de stationnement de flux situés idéalement sur la propriété. Le complexe est proche de Tahoe City, y compris les zones de ski alpin Meadows, Squaw Valley USA, Northstar et Homewood Mountain, shopping et gastronomie. Le lancement de bateau de la Garde côtière est juste autour du coin pour nos invités d'été. Plus il y a un accès pratique à grande vélo et des sentiers pédestres, à la fois sur et hors route. En hiver, monter la rue à Tahoe Cross Country XC Center.

Perfectly peaceful

Great spot for our family of 4 to spend the week. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The cul de sac had room for the kids to play outside. It is walking distance to the lake, a bakery and park. A short drive from all the North Lake amenities and adventures. We will definitely be back.

Great place!

Had some trouble with them charging my card, but that was because my bank thought it was fraud at first. That was my banks fault and the property management completely helped me. 10/10 would rent again. My friends and I loved it! Had everything we needed. So clean :) we would love to rent again. Highly highly recommend!

The property was great. The community was great. The amenities in the condo were skimpy. There was only 1 wash rag, 3 bath towels, 2 pool towels. There wasn’t any spices. (Places we have previously stayed at always had spices.). We did have a great weekend

Great, comfy place

We had a great stay here! The house was comfy, clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. Our only complaint was someone took the parking spot right in front of the house while we were out. We called just to let someone know and didn't receive a call back. Not a big deal but some sort of parking enforcement would be great. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

Wonderful condo. With comfy beds and nice sheets; stocked with plates, glasses, cups, pots/pans and everything a kitchen would need. Condo was spotless when we arrived. Easy self check in. We’ve been going to Lake Forest Glen, different condos, since kids were little, over 30 years ago. Not sure when this condo was remodeled but excellent job. Great location, seems on quieter side but that could just be when we were there. Communication great. Definitely would book again. Next year!

Nice place, as advertised.

The property was well appointed, clean and well located. There was no TV remote control and no instructions on how to open the flu in the fireplace. It was rainy and we had no TV for the kids to watch. When we called management, they were ineffective communicators and unhelpful. They actually hung up on us! However, they refunded some of the charges, so that made it better. It was a good stay.

Reviewer Comments: My three complaints are:1. some paper towels might be nice.2. Would have been nice to have a remote for the TV, no where to be found.3. Could have gone without seeing the mouse make himself at home running around the kitchen while we were sitting at the dining room table.Outside of that, I guess the price was fair. But you get what you pay for.

When we checked-in into this town house the house looked quite clean and cozy. But there was no warm water in the bathroom. The water was very cold, no way to take a shower in this extreme cold in late December. We have adjusted the water temperature on the heater. Then, it turned out that the refrigerator was leaking and the top shelves were completely filled with water. I was constantly wiping the shelves. The last straw was when I saw a mouse in the kitchen. It first ran one way under my feet, then the other. After that, my children and I could no longer stay in this house. So we took off 2 days before the check-out date. As I was told by property manager after I texted him, they having area wide mice issues. How come nobody informed us about that?

The only thing was only 3 wash clothes, should be at least 6, and maybe more bath towels. Would stay here again.
