Este condominio de 1 dormitorio se encuentra en Ashford Avenue en Condado, una calle principal de San Juan. A solo unos pasos de la playa, los restaurantes vecinos, los casinos y las instalaciones para hacer ejercicio, obtienes lo mejor que San Juan tiene para ofrecer por solo una fracción de la mayoría de los costos de hotel.

Condado también se encuentra a un corto paseo del Viejo San Juan y Plaza Las Américas, que tiene todo para su comodidad de compra.

La unidad está ubicada en un edificio seguro que cuenta con una piscina e instalaciones de lavandería en el lugar. Hay aire acondicionado y TV (con cable) en la sala de estar y en el dormitorio para su comodidad. Hay una cocina completa, completa con todas sus necesidades de cocción, recalentamiento y consumo de bebidas.

Desde el balcón hay una hermosa vista parcial del océano y las calles de Condado.

Por último, el sofá de la sala de estar tiene una cama plegable, por lo que puede usarse para que duerman huéspedes adicionales.

Tenga en cuenta que el estacionamiento en la calle es limitado y hay muchos estacionamientos cerca, pero desafortunadamente, la unidad NO cuenta con un lugar de estacionamiento dedicado.

Location! Location! Location! This is the perfect place to stay if you looking to be close to everything, I mean everything, right in the middle of all the restaurants, bars, shops, 1 block from the beach, it could not been more perfect. And let's talk about the host, what an amazing host very responsive and attentive, our flight was delayed and was able to accommodate us for a late check out. Check-in and check-out was smooth! Apt itself was very clean and cozy for me and my husband we definitely felt at home!

Perfect location, comfy place

I thoroughly enjoyed my twelve day stay. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed and was located very conveniently in the middle of the Condado beach/restaurant scene. The building felt safe and the communication with the host was good. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Hobie Beach, Isla Verde

This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I really enjoyed it. The vacation rental I stayed in had a great rate, was conveniently located and had everything I needed. I was there for seven nights. I really appreciate Ivan accommodating my very late night check in. I highly recommend Hobie Beach, which is where I spent most of my time during my visit.

Love this place

Second time here and I love it. Perfectly located. It has everything I need for a 10 day stay. The host is friendly, responsive, and unobtrusive. Secure building, feels like home now. I highly recommend it, unless you want my travel dates. 😆

RELAXING

MY WIFE AND I HAVE USED THIS PROPERTY SEVERAL TIMES. IT IS IN A PERFECT LOCATION FOR OUR WANTS. THE BEACH AND GREAT RESTAURANTS ARE JUST STEPS AWAY. WE DID EXPERIENCE ONE ISSUE ON THIS STAY, NO ONE INFORMED US THAT THE POOL WAS CLOSED. WE HAVE A ROUTINE THAT WE FOLLOW. WE LAY ON THE BEACH UNTIL 1PM AND THE GO TO THE POOL. THE BEACH CAN AND USUALLY DOES GET A TAD NOISEY IN THE AFTERNOON.

Clean and convenient in Condado Area

The apartment is located in a great location near to restaurants, casinos, bars beach, and lagoon. The apartment was spacious for 1 or 2 people and may be a bit crowded for 3. The apartment was very clean and I felt safe in and around the area. The internet was good which I appreciated because I was in Puerto Rico on business. I did not experience any power interruptions. I spent 3 days at the apartment. On the downside, there were a couple of light bulbs that needed replacing especially the one over the bathroom sink. Also, the battery in the smoke detector needed to be replaced.

My mom and I stayed for 7 nights. We were visiting her homeland, seeing friends and family, so the location was perfect, very central for our needs. Everything about this rental was great, facilitated by the thorough guidebook that was sent to us ahead of time and Ivan’s availability for all questions. Check-in was super simple, and the building is very secure with several keyed entry points even before the apt (the Condado area is very touristy and generally pretty safe, but it settled my mom’s concerns). The interior was very clean and neat. My mom used the bed and I took the sofa bed, which was fine for a week. The kitchen area was fully equipped (small apt fridge, micro, stovetop, toaster oven, plates etc for 4, plenty of drinking glasses/wine glasses/coffee cups). The coffee bar was stocked and ready to go (see guide for instructions on the machine). There’s also a hi-top dining table for 4. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and we each had a bath towel AND a beach towel available. Speaking of beach, you’re only 2 blocks from the sand and water at this place!I didn’t take any pictures, but to be honest, we don’t come to PR to stay inside any place for long! This unit met ALL our needs: clean, very good a/c, great response time with ALL our questions, and a great location. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind and recommend it to friends too.

Too loud, too small, very dated.

The process to check in, and the use off the keys for everything was annoying (key to get in the building, key to get in to the elevator area, key to press the button on the elevator and obviously a key to get in to the apartment) There are a lot of business around so the trucks in and out since 5 in the morning was too much for me. The apartments is more like a studio. No storage in the bedroom no space to put anything. The kitchen sink extremely small. There isn’t really a balcony it is very narrow can't rally sit there too small and it looks unsafe.

You’re staying where it’s all happening !!

This condo is safe, clean and truly in the middle of all the upscale restaurants, hotels and clubs. It also has easy access to the beaches. The location (and price) more than makes up for the expected noise levels outside a location like this. Ivan truly deserves his Super Host status!!

the property is located close to a good grocery and to venues to eat. Relatively close to race venue for 70.3 Ironman. very noisy. I bought ear plugs and used my grey noise generator and the air conditioner fan and still couldn't cover the noise completely. got everywhere easliy using scooters

This apartment is in a prime spot surrounded by restaurants, shops and walking distance to beach. Place is good and cozy for two people. You can't go wrong staying here.

Great Time

Our two weeks stay was great, we were here for study and some fun. The location of the apartment was excellent for restaurants, beach, walks, and convenience. Wicked Lily was a find - ask about their beach chair service. The apartment was also well located for day trips, other beaches and old San Juan - Uber was inexpensive. There are definitely city noises, But they did not bother us. The apartment was cute, and perfectly suited for our needs. Our communication with Ivan was great

Excellent Location

The is a prime location in the Condado area. The apartment looks even better in person. I was impressed with sheets & towels. Ivan the host is very quick on email responses, in addition very accommodating & flexible. I will definitely revisit this property.
